Hospitality and food first class and always attentive to the needs of the customers, so many courses of the tasting menu what more could you want? An adequate bill! Thanks again to the guys of this excellent restaurant.

Exceptional raw material. Large dishes and excellent service. A historical point of reference for fish cuisine.

The food is excellent, with attention to detail and with interesting combinations. The service is professional, attentive but never intrusive. The only note concerns the obligation to do a tasting tour for all diners in the case of bookings of more than 5 people: it may be a constraint for those who prefer to choose à la carte. That said, the experience was more than positive. Everything was delicious, we will gladly return!

Sono già stato diverse volte al MA.RI.NA. avendo modo di provare i loro menu’ degustazione e sono sempre rimasto impressionato dalla qualità della loro cucina. Ieri sera comunque la cena ha rasentato la perfezione lasciandomi letteralmente “a bocca aperta”… Tenuto conto del problema creato dall’inasprimento del codice della strada con riferimento ad alcool e guida abbiamo deciso per una cena più leggera del solito e, purtroppo, senza degustazione vini. La qualità dei singoli piatti ci ha però ampiamente ripagati. Dopo le piccole entree’ offerte dalla casa abbiamo iniziato con l’uovo 63*. Strepitoso. Uovo, capesante, patate, caviale, melograno e questo è solo quello che ricordo. Non è la prima volta che assaggio un uovo preparato da uno chef più o meno rinomato, ma questo l’ho trovato assolutamente imbattibile. Ed il seguito è stato dello stesso livello. Non so se mi ha più entusiasmato il risotto con gli scampi o il rombo con zucca e puntarelle. Difficile scegliere tra i due. Arrivati al dolce servire un dessert al livello dei piatti che lo avevano preceduto era oggettivamente impresa improba ma comunque il soufflé al cioccolato con gelato al tabacco era ottimo. Tenuto conto che non abbiamo bevuto molto, ma abbiamo comunque accompagnato la cena con dello champagne, il rapporto qualità prezzo è stato sorprendente… Un complimento a tutto il personale di sala, come sempre estremamente cordiale e professionale. Una cena da ricordare!!!!

Consigliato da un conoscente , siamo riusciti ad andare finalmente da Ma ri na .. che dire .. tutto perfetto :cibo, servizio,attenzione al cliente: abbiamo scelto il menù degustazione “La nostra storia”che ci ha permesso di assaggiare i loro piatti più iconici. Gentilissimo il Maitre che ci ha spiegato l’origine di alcuni piatti e complimenti al bravissimo sommelier Marius.

Dinner with friends. Much changed compared to past years where the head nurse was the unforgettable Mr. Pino; today we try very risky dishes (at our own risk we chose the trust me menu) without achieving the harmony of the past (probably even the protagonists in the kitchen have changed). On the other hand, the service was very bad: we ordered a bottle of wine and no one bothered to pour it or ask if we liked it unless we asked; morale among 4 people at the end of dinner we had half a bottle left over: unacceptable! Honestly I have doubts about returning and for now I definitely wouldn't recommend it
