Dinner with friends. Much changed compared to past years where the head nurse was the unforgettable Mr. Pino; today we try very risky dishes (at our own risk we chose the trust me menu) without achieving the harmony of the past (probably even the protagonists in the kitchen have changed). On the other hand, the service was very bad: we ordered a bottle of wine and no one bothered to pour it or ask if we liked it unless we asked; morale among 4 people at the end of dinner we had half a bottle left over: unacceptable!
Honestly I have doubts about returning and for now I definitely wouldn't recommend it

Abbiamo lasciato carta bianca per quanto riguarda il menù. Notevole l’aragosta col midollo di vitello. L’unica critica che potrei fare, precisando che tutti i piatti erano preparati con grande maestria e ottime materie prime, riguarda le consistenze troppo cremose/spumose dell’intero menù. Avrei preferito avere più “masticazione” durante il percorso, in ogni caso proverò una seconda volta le altre proposte, scegliendo altri piatti.
Ottimo il servizio, conto in linea e senza inganno.

It is certainly one of those places that remain faithful to the Italian culinary tradition. No unnecessary extravagance, but excellent dishes with refined pairings that make the meal a great experience. Note of merit to Pinot Grigio as a welcome glass

One of the best experiences of my life. Yes, the price may seem high, but it is absolutely worth it: around 200€ per person with alcohol. All dishes are like works of art, the selection of wines is amazing, the atmosphere is very intimate and luxurious.
I would also like to add that out of all the dishes we didn’t like one item, so the chef prepared individual complimentary dishes for us to replace the one we didn’t like! This is a very beautiful act. Thanks for an amazing evening!

Attenzione ai minimi dettagli,
L’entrèe di benvenuto buonissimo, un fiore di capasanta che ricorderò sempre insieme al midollo con aragosta cruda che era un piatto della degustazione creata insieme sui nostri gusti.
Carta dei vini incredibile.
Torneremo per assaggiare altri piatti.

Wonderful experience.
Nice atmosphere, impeccable service and a truly refined wine list.
I chose the 7-tasting menu and was amazed by all the courses, combinations and choices of spectacular raw materials. Honorable mention for the lobster with marrow and their legendary octopus pizza. I can't wait to return to try their seasonal new products
