I think it's the best in La Spezia and not only.. I decided unfortunately too late to try their proposals, better late than never! Perfect welcome, very kind staff available prepared and ready to your requests, rich menu with ingredients of the highest quality and perfect presentation of the dishes, nothing left to chance! Bill absolutely justified by the very high quality of the dishes and the service We were not good, very good! A point of reference! A sure thing

The best pizza in the province. The quality of the products and the cooking make the oizza perfect. Beautiful, well-kept environment, excellent service. Price above average, but quality has a cost.

Interesting location above the hills of La Spezia. Excellent quality raw materials, excellent spreading and cooking technique. Excellent final result. Some considerations: 1) dough tends to be bland, perhaps it is a choice to enhance the flavor of the ingredients, but a bit more salt would have enhanced it further 2) The outgoing pizza is finished with a sprinkling of cheese which however is not indicated on the menu. It might bother some. 3) congratulations on the excellent alveolation of the light and blimp dough.

Good pizza, certainly at a higher price but in my opinion it's worth it.

Difficile che lascio recensioni. Questa volta mi è impossibile non farlo. Siamo venuti apposta da Carrara. Posto spettacolare, pizze spettacolari e niente di paragonabile a ciò che ho visto e sentito in tantissimi anni. Dire che è un posto caro non ha nessun senso per la mia opinione, perché ci troviamo di fronte a qualcosa di unico, sotto tutti gli aspetti. Dire che è croccante e morbida allo stesso tempo, oppure dire che è alta ma bassa allo stesso tempo non lo si può capire sino a che non la si è provata. La qualità degli ingredienti e la modalità di esporli è fantastica. Il mio cotto era presentato a parte sulla pizza stessa e tagliato sottile e avvolto come un fiore. La pizza al crudo aveva un tagliere a parte sulla pizza e una qualità altissima. Le foto che allego parlano da sole. La mia compagna aveva quella al crudo. Mi ha detto inizialmente che la pasta aveva poco sale. Però poi quando ci ha messo il crudo, ha trovato un equilibrio perfetto. Non ho fotografato il dessert......ma siamo anche qua su livelli alti. Chiaro che ci tornerò e che presenterò questo posto a parenti e amici.
