The food is excellent, the service is punctual and attentive. The atmosphere could use a bit of a makeover, but we'll gladly return. Just a small note: the chef should wear a uniform suitable for working in the kitchen that evening. It's a shame he didn't make a great impression. But I'll be back anyway.

Today I had the pleasure of lunch at the Mare dell'Etna restaurant, and I can only say it was a truly exceptional experience. I ordered the linguine with sea urchins, and it was simply superb! Freshness, authentic flavor, and perfectly cooked: every bite was a dive into the true flavors of the sea.
A huge compliment goes to Chef Stefano, who, with skill and passion, managed to enhance such a delicate ingredient as the sea urchin. You can taste the expertise, but above all, the heart, in the kitchen.
The refined atmosphere, friendly staff, and a view that perfectly frame a lunch to remember.
I will definitely be back. Highly recommended! 🌊🍝👏

Excellent experience. Very friendly staff. The fish was incredibly fresh. The dishes were plentiful and delicious, from appetizers to first and second courses. Excellent value for money. I was satisfied, both myself and my Umbrian guests. Will definitely do it again.

Recommended by locals, we were hesitant to try it because of the reviews on a popular platform, but then we decided to go in. We ate divinely, thanks to Ilenia, who was incredibly sweet and friendly. A selection of beautifully cooked appetizers, including rare raw seafood such as sea urchins, oxeyes, and razor clams. Rolls, crudités, shrimp, scampi, smoked meats, octopus cooked to perfection just the way I like it, mussels with pepper, grouper tartare, house wine, water, and sorbet. A fantastic lunch; we didn't continue with the first courses because we were so full. We highly recommend it, and it's excellent value for money.
