Great products, but poor service. Needs reconsidering.

I discovered it last year on my way back from vacation, purely by chance. It's inconvenient for me to go there directly, but it's a regular stop every time I pass through Casale or on the highway. The pinsa is top-quality, made with traditional and authentic ingredients. The staff is friendly and attentive. Well done!

Can't miss Marus's Pinsa! It's a traditional Italian flatbread that originates from ancient Roman times (from the Latin pinsere, meaning "to stretch or press"), and that differs from classic pizza in both dough composition and preparation method. Delicious!

Excellent pinseria that churns out exceptional pinsa! The pasta is delicious, light, honeycomb and perfect! The variety of flavors is very wide. The staff is very courteous. The service is fast and the prices are fair! We were passing through, but we returned two consecutive evenings very willingly! Highly recommended!

Top quality ingredients, super light and digestible dough, special beers, super homemade desserts.
