Small but still hospitable environment, simple but tasty dishes. Fair price and generous portions. If you expect the starred one, you will have to change places for the rest will be a good experience. The bathroom is not a spa but decent. The shank is a nice portion and the Barbera braised meat is buttery. Polenta is good, but better with cheese

Very pleasant surprise! I was looking for a place to eat after the last date of the evening. I rely on TripAdvisor which for the umpteenth time, among the options, gives me "Marcellino pane e vino": All right, let's listen to TripAdvisor and go. As soon as I arrive I find myself faced with a (deliberately) rustic environment. The person who I will discover to be Luca (the owner together with Manuela) welcomes me and asks me if I want to stay inside or outside. I decide to go out and am given the menu. Simple but with everything you could want if you are looking for Bergamo cuisine starting from the polenta accompanied with various other ingredients, passing through the first and second courses, but there is also no shortage of various sandwiches (and panoni). On Luca's advice (given to me at my request), I choose the grilled meat and a medium blonde beer. The beer arrives immediately and the meat arrives after just enough time to cook it and I find myself in front of 4 different cuts of meat between pork and beef (including a cotechino or salamella) and the side dish that I chose: beans. Everything is really tasty, good and cooked well and with beer it goes down a pleasure. I haven't even finished eating before I've already written to my brother that we should go together. Ritual coffee and I go to pay. And here's another surprise: grilled meat with side dish and average beer €14.50 (coffee offered by the owners) which is the right amount and even a little less! So in summary, good food, good beer, large portions and great price. Add to that the icing on the cake: Luca and Manuela are 2 really kind and easy-going people, which is no small thing, and it seems obvious to me that it becomes an obligation to go back (also because I saw a panone that I absolutely have to try!). So: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Come by and taste it, it's really worth it! By now, going to eat at Luca and Manu and having a chat in their company has become a pleasant routine

He eats and drinks in excellent company

In compagnia di amici per un pranzo domenicale siamo stati in questo ristorante accogliente con circa cinquanta coperti. Come antipasto: salame, speck, pancetta , lonzino cotto, taleggio e gorgonzola tutti molto buoni. Di primo pasta al ragù di lepre, ottimo, e come secondo stinco con patate fritte. Che dire è stata una vera scoperta, tutto buonissimo e di porzioni abbondanti. Il titolare e la moglie cordiali e simpatici.Lo consiglio a chi piace mangiare la vera cucina casareccia, ci tornerò sicuramente!

Io, mia moglie e mio figlio siamo andati il giovedì per cena. Il titolare ci ha accolti con cordialità e educazione. In poco tempo ci sono arrivati i piatti che avevamo ordinato e devo dire che erano anche molto buoni. (Lo stinco con polenta ……🤤). Abbiamo speso una sciocchezza in relazione a quanto e come abbiamo mangiato. Ci siamo trovati talmente bene che siamo tornati con famiglia e amici la sera seguente. Anche la sera dopo ci hanno fatto sentire proprio bene. PS: tutte e due le sere ha fatto un regalo a mio figlio. Stupendo.
