Tasty dishes and generous portions, especially the starters. Perhaps some could have been served hotter, like the soup, but then again it was a very busy Saturday night and there were only two people in the room.

Locale piccolino ma molto carino, personale veramente attento e gentile. Pane fatto in casa, strangozzi con zucchine, fiori di zucca e pecorino veramente buoni. Molta attenzione alla qualità delle materie prime, pranzo ottimo.

Abbiamo cenato in questo ristorante attirati dalle buone recensioni. Sinceramente ci aspettavamo di meglio: l'antipasto era buono, i secondi invece non erano niente di che, la cosa migliore erano forse le patate. Il pane salatissimo.

Excellent lunch, every dish was a delight, service and courtesy at the highest levels, in a charming alley in the heart of Perugia, all at a very honest price. What more could you ask for?

We found the Maramao restaurant almost by chance, but it was a very pleasant experience. Even though it was rush hour and the place was full, the room manager was helpful and friendly. Note of merit also for the food, all from local producers. Furthermore, the menu offered excellent vegan alternatives, from starters to main courses and even dessert (not easy to find). Should we pass through Perugia again, we will happily return, highly recommended!
