03/08/2025: We visited Romanazzi's in Giovinazzo and the experience was excellent in every way. The location is unique: tables overlooking the sea, with views of the port and the Aragonese Tower. A relaxed and charming atmosphere, perfect for a quiet and refined dinner. The service is attentive, punctual, but never intrusive. The staff made us feel immediately at ease, with discretion and professionalism. The food is the real highlight. We also tried the burnt spaghetti, with that crispy crust that gives the dish character without overpowering the flavors. Each dish is carefully crafted, with fresh ingredients and original yet always balanced pairings. The cuisine is creative, without ever losing sight of the essence. The wine list is extensive and well-researched, with labels suited to complement each course. A place where the quality is high and it shows. We will definitely be back.

29/07/2025: Overall rating: 9- Fine food, for a sophisticated dinner, especially the fish-based one. High quality, excellent cuisine, and it shows in the bill. Two flaws: the "burnt spaghetti" and the variety of first and second courses. Let's just say the saying "a little is good" is spot on here. Would I go back? Yes.
