Manubiola, the home of porcini mushrooms. Truly everything is EXCELLENT, from the crostini with porcini mushrooms to the porcini lasagna, fried mushrooms, risotto with porcini mushrooms, etc. etc. Very friendly staff, and finally the waiter in charge of desserts, VERY NICE!!! Finally, if you like porcini mushrooms, you can't miss it. FABULOUS

The best restaurant I've ever tried for having mushrooms. Period.
If you go for dinner you need to book weeks before, but for launch usually there's no problem. Give them a ring, just to be sure.

We went for dinner on a weekend in late September to take advantage of the mushroom season.
The ingredients were very good.
The appetizers were absolutely top-notch (cured meats and porcini mushroom dishes); although they were good, we were a bit disappointed with the first courses, especially the taglioni with porcini mushrooms, which were overall unremarkable.
Tortelli ai porcini were good, as were the desserts.
We didn't try the second courses.

Coming from the Ligurian coast towards Parma, my wife and I stopped at this restaurant specializing in mushrooms. At the entrance, five crates full of freshly picked porcini mushrooms awaited! The raw mushroom appetizers were sublime! The porcini risotto was breathtaking... and the main course, grilled and sautéed mushrooms, was simply exceptional! We finished the meal with a house dessert!
Well, friends reading this, go try this restaurant! We'll be back as soon as we can! Kudos to the management!

We chose this restaurant on the recommendation of friends... I must say it was an excellent choice.
A winding road to get to the restaurant... the parking lot is large, but it fills up quickly given the number of people who come to eat here.
We had lunch on the enclosed veranda, but there's also room inside.
Given the time of year, we opted for a mushroom-based lunch.
The appetizers were truly delicious, with the famous porcini crostini and cured meats from our region.
For the first course, we chose porcini mushroom tortelli topped with porcini mushrooms (small but delicious), porcini lasagna (sublime), porcini tagliolini, and porcini risotto (special), and for the second course, porcini tagliata (excellent, tender and flavorful meat), fried porcini mushrooms (delicious, breaded just right), and grilled porcini mushrooms (unheard of, but delicious).
Homemade desserts and even porcini ice cream (not tried).
The menu also features wild boar dishes.
Reasonable prices considering the quantities.
Attentive staff and fast service. Restrooms downstairs.
What can I say...the porcini mushroom festival...we'll definitely be back.

We return every year and find it has improved each time. A trattoria where you can feel the atmosphere of times gone by. The porcini mushrooms are superb in all the various and delicious dishes. Fair prices.

Scoperto per caso, consultando internet, abbiamo scoperto che era già conosciuto da amici e conoscenti della nostra città, sebbene si trovi a 150 km di distanza da noi. Che dire... una piacevolissima scoperta: un menù vario composto da ottimi piatti della tradizione. Da segnalare la cortesia del personale e la gentilezza del gestore che si è impegnato nel farmi pervenire il portafoglio che, sbadatamente, avevo smarrito. Spero di ritornare presto.
