Just back from the most fantastic stay at Bergman Mountain Hotel in Cervinia. The setting beneath the Matterhorn was absolutely breathtaking, but what really made the trip special was the warm hospitality of this wonderful family-run hotel. From the moment we arrived we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. Alessandro, Nicoletta and their staff made us feel that nothing is too much trouble. The rooms were cozy, the food was excellent, great wine list and the atmosphere was relaxed and authentic. The hotel design is modern and stylish. Perfect ski in/ski out. Ski locker room door opens right onto slope. After long days skiing, coming back to such a friendly place made the experience even better. The well equipped spa is an absolute oasis to sooth aching muscles. A perfect alpine stay – we will definitely be back and cannot recommend this hotel enough.

The Bergman Mountain Hotel in the village of Breuil is a recently built property with well-appointed rooms, an excellent bar and restaurant offering excellent cuisine and a solid wine list. It features a sauna area, a splendid outdoor hot tub, underground parking, and everything you need for a perfect holiday in Cervinia—whether you're here to ski, hike, or simply stroll and enjoy one of the most beautiful areas in the Alps. However, the most important thing about this hotel isn't all these comforts. The true soul of the hotel is Alessandro, Nicollette, and their family, who welcome guests with special attention, great human warmth, and genuine care. We, a group of friends, arrived for skiing and were truly impressed by the owners' attitude. Even small things, like parking our car in the hotel garage, were organized without us having to worry about it. All our friends, from day one, were amazed by the level of attention given to their guests. We didn't feel like we were in a hotel—we felt like we were staying with old friends, happy to see each other again. P.S. If we were a little too loud and cheerful on the first evening, we sincerely apologize 😅 It was probably a combination of great humor, a welcoming atmosphere, and... your homemade limoncello! The best hotel I have stayed at. The hosts were very concerned to make sure we didn't miss anything and to make our stay pleasant.

Five star is not Enough!!! 7 stars minimum. Allessandro treats you as if you are from Royal Family. All his team are carefully selected and BERGMAN MOUNTAIN HOTEL is a reason to come Cervina. Breakfast is great, Dinner is Outstanding Secret is Nicoletta , lovely wife of Allessandro. He and she , they are meticulously look after each question or desire you may have. This is throughly Ski IN and SKi OUT hotel just at very heart of track number 3BIS and their location gives you the option to open slopes as early bird ONCE AGAIN THANK YOU BOTH🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🧿

We absolutely loved our stay at Bergman Mountain Hotel — truly the perfect ski-in/ski-out base in Cervinia. The location could not be more ideal: you step out the door and you’re straight onto the slopes, with incredible views and immediate access to everything you want for a perfect ski day. What really sets Bergman apart, though, is the hospitality. Alessandro and Nicolette are warm, welcoming, and attentive to absolutely anything you might need at any time of day. Whether it providing the shuttle on short notice, offering insider tips about the slopes, local dining, or anything about the town and region, they went above and beyond with genuine kindness and enthusiasm. It felt like being cared for by good friends rather than simply staying in a hotel. The entire experience was comfortable, charming, and truly memorable. We can’t recommend Bergman Mountain Hotel enough for service, for location, for hospitality, and for the pure joy of staying somewhere run by wonderful people who love what they do. Absolutely fantastic — we can’t wait to return!

Words cannot describe the wonderful time I spent in this environment. The hotel is well located, has excellent facilities, everything is beautiful, everything is organized, everything is of the highest quality. Exceptional!! The hosts are wonderful, Alessandro and Nico are marvelous! I will definitely return soon. I had a very pleasant time.

This family owned and operated gem of boutique hotel is everything you want from an Italian ski holiday and more. I cannot give enough praise for Alessandro and Nicoletta and the fine service and hospitality they provided this last week while I was in Cervinia. I’ll be back when there’s more snow, but don’t hesitate to sneak away for a November low season ski. What the mountain and Mother Nature could not yet provide (fresh powder) this hotel’s amenities and my experience more than made up for it being early season slopes only.
