I came across this restaurant by chance and we were pleasantly surprised! Very elegant and refined environment. Really high quality and refined food. I ate the best egg of my life. Incredible how they managed to enhance such a simple ingredient. The price is proportionate to what they offer. Super recommended

Food okay, but price/performance doesn't fit. 25 EUR for some meat and potato - glass of Beaujolais (although ordered Italian wine) costs 7 EUR. >eur 60 per person. Nice service! Good location on site. Wouldn't go again.

16/12/2024: We stopped in Susa for Sunday lunch and after reading various reviews, we stopped at this place. Environment not to my taste, in my opinion a little dated but nevertheless very clean, nothing to say about this. Friendly and professional staff. Balanced menu, you have both meat and fish options in the à la carte menu, and then a Piedmontese menu for €25.00. We opted for the à la carte menu. Very good game starter, I didn't expect it. As for the pappardelle with game ragout, they were good, while the tagliatelle with nettle was good but not very good. I didn't like the cream so much, which after a few spoonfuls made me feel nauseous. A dish for my heavy personal taste.. Decent quality/price ratio.
