We visited this grill restaurant, intrigued by the new management, and I must say the experience was very satisfying. We decided to start by sharing a tasty and well-prepared horsemeat pesto, then moved on to the evening's star dish: a spectacular 1.2 kg Florentine steak made from rubia gallega, cooked to perfection and truly top-quality. The meat was tender, juicy, and with that bold flavor that only top-quality ingredients can provide. We finished with two desserts, which also proved excellent, carefully crafted and never banal.
The only slightly disappointing aspect was the long wait, especially for the appetizer: it took longer than expected, but that can happen, especially when there's attention to detail in the preparation and perhaps some unexpected events in the kitchen. In any case, the excellence of the dishes more than made up for the wait.
The total bill was €146, which is certainly not cheap, but more than justified by the quality of the rubia gallega, a premium meat with a higher-than-average price. Overall, a truly positive experience: friendly staff, top-quality dishes, and a welcoming atmosphere. We'll definitely be back, eager to try other specialties from the new management.

We stopped for an aperitif, intrigued by the place.
As soon as we entered, we were greeted with all the Neapolitan kindness and friendliness.
We sat inside the room facing the grill, and it was wonderful to watch the chef cook (a very polite person, sincere in everything he does and says).
Naturally, the atmosphere in the place was perfect.
We drank two glasses of Amarone, a corporate choice that in itself was a winner for me, given that almost no one chooses Amarone by the glass, but only by the bottle, as if we all drink without thinking about the consequences (a bottle was opened in front of us with the style and skill worthy of an accomplished sommelier).
We had delicious meatballs with an exceptional sauce and a special burger, with truly delicious Genoese pesto (well done for the raw materials used).
To finish, a creamy mandarin sorbet.
I have to go back to try the tagliata, the pesto horse meat, the ribs, the beef tartar, etc.
But above all, the pastiera and the babà, which I'm crazy about.
They're young people who know what quality dining means without looking for astronomical things. The taste of authenticity and the simplicity of the dishes can bring a smile to your face even after a tiring day.
I recommend it to everyone, for an aperitif, a family dinner, or a romantic dinner.
In short, for all occasions.

First time for us, really excellent. We were passing by and the choice fell on them. In addition to the menu on the website, they also have something off-site that is stated verbally. We had an appetizer (for 3 of us), Fassona steak, hamburger and sausage with eggplant (I attach a photo). You can see a fridge where they have the meat you can choose (Florentine steak, rib-eye steak). The bread is also very good (not banal). Excellent desserts (Neapolitan sfogliatelle). Kind and courteous waiters. A mention for the open grill. If you are looking for a place where you want to eat excellent meat, you are in the right place, at the right price. In short, full marks, go for it.

A wonderful discovery!
A Neapolitan restaurant and grill that exudes tradition and hospitality. Each dish is a tribute to the most authentic Neapolitan cuisine: authentic, genuine flavors that made me feel at home.
The selection of meats is simply excellent: top-quality and perfectly cooked, with attention to every detail. You can sense the passion and expertise in every course.
Impeccable service and a refined, warm, and welcoming location: we felt pampered from start to finish.
The wine menu is surprising, with distinguished labels that appeal to wine lovers.
A true experience, worth repeating and recommended to anyone who loves eating well... and with gusto!
