A very quaint, clean, and tidy place with excellent food. Fried mushrooms, focaccia, and pan pizza with excellent, light, and flaky dough. Friendly service. Highly recommended.

It could be better. The Panigacci got cold quickly. The cured meats weren't great. We didn't like the first courses. I'd seriously say it could be better. Reading the other reviews, I can only agree.

The panigacci were excellent, freshly made, crispy, and hot. Unfortunately, the quantity of cured meats wasn't adequate for the price, which was far too high (for two people, a platter with a spoonful of stracchino and a slice of cured meat each), and the service was unpleasant, rude, and hasty.

A beautiful, meticulously crafted restaurant with extremely friendly and prompt staff. Even though we hadn't booked and the restaurant was fully booked, the ladies in the dining room set up tables outside, so we could watch the panigacci being made firsthand. Kudos to the owner, who expertly and meticulously produces a consistently hot and fragrant dish. The cured meats and cheeses are of the highest quality. Congratulations to all of you, we'll be back very soon.

We ended up here tonight after seeing the reviews online, and we were very happy. Everything was delicious. The panigacci and cured meats were top-quality. The owner was very nice, and the waitress was very efficient! We will definitely be back to try the pan pizza, which looked beautiful! Thanks again. We spent 53 euros, including a portion of them with pesto!

The panigacci and cured meats are truly high quality.
After trying every panigacceria from Liguria to Tuscany, I can confidently say that there are only three other places that can be considered competitors; the rest are just rivals, and their quality is a given.
Of course, you'll spend a little more than other places, but not that much more, and it's money well spent.
This place has improved a lot over time, and I'm happy about that. One night, I'll also try the pizza and focaccia.
I'd like to see some variety in the beer selection.

It was my first time trying panigacci, and they were absolutely delicious! The ones I had with Parma ham were perfectly balanced—the soft, warm bread paired wonderfully with the savory ham. The flavors were simple yet outstanding.
