Plenty of seating in a quiet yet elegant location. The atmosphere is very professional yet intimate. Excellent food, from starters to pizza to main courses, a varied menu with a wide selection of dishes. Excellent service, very quick with orders and clearing the table after each course. Gluten-free and vegan options are also available to please everyone. Overall, I highly recommend!

Tonight we had dinner at MANGIAFUOCO for a dear friend's birthday. It was a very pleasant experience! Everything was excellent, including the various appetizers, the soft and light pizza, the delicious cake, and the excellent and fast service, thanks to KARIM 👏👏👏👏👏 I highly recommend it, we'll be back soon!

I have eaten here several times, the owner is friendly and helpful and the staff attentive and courteous. Especially recommended for those with food intolerances as they have a double kitchen.

Exceptional gluten-free cuisine! Their homemade egg pasta is second to none; I'll be back to try the pizzas! I was also pleased with the service, and the prices were quite fair. Highly recommended Update: I went back and tried the gluten-free pizza in two different doughs, and I have to say I was satisfied. Although, in my opinion, the homemade pasta remains the first thing to try!

A truly wonderful experience with simple, high-quality cuisine (excellent grilled meats, especially the beef, served on heated cast iron plates to keep them warm). Impeccable service. Ample seating is available, including outside, weather permitting.

Wir waren auf Empfehlung des Hotels am ersten Abend dort essen. Es gefiel uns so gut, dass weitere zwei Abende folgten. Speisekarte online auch auf deutsch, Personal spricht Englisch und ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, große Auswahl an Pizza und Pasta, die sehr gut schmeckten, vernünftige Preise. Angenehme Atmosphäre, die auch viele Einheimische schätzten. Am Wochenende und zu späterer Stunde war es Recht voll und man wartete etwas länger, aber das Personal behielt den Überblick.

24/09/2025: A restaurant you wouldn't expect from the outside. It was our first time there, and we were amazed and captivated by the unique, comfortable, elegant atmosphere, the excellent service, and the refined food! If we ever return to Subiaco, I Tre Bruschettieri will be a must-visit!
16/09/2025: The staff are extremely friendly, the place is clean, and they pay special attention to children (there's an entire wall dedicated to games to keep them entertained). The food is excellent, with unusual but delicious options. The entire staff takes great care in the restaurant. Definitely worth a try.
