Small and intimate restaurant in the center of the town of Sant' Oreste. The warm furnishings and attentive service will lull you in this little pearl of Soratte. Typical dishes at honest prices. Only suggestion: it would be a further plus to have a greater choice of vegetables as a side dish

I arrived at this restaurant quite by chance to celebrate a family birthday lunch after a visit to the bunkers. My experience was very positive: I was pleasantly surprised by the care and cleanliness of the rooms, which convey a sense of discreet elegance. The staff stood out for their kindness and professionalism, welcoming us with a smile and making us feel at home. The place is well-kept, with a welcoming atmosphere that invites you to relax. The dishes are prepared with fresh and genuine ingredients, expertly cooked to enhance the flavors without being heavy. Every detail contributed to making this day special and unforgettable. Without a doubt I will return with pleasure.

We went there after visiting the Soratte bunker, it's a welcoming place and the food is excellent.

We went for lunch today, the Ale was very nice, welcoming and well furnished. Excellent cuisine where the genuine flavors of the past are the protagonists. All enhanced by the sweetness of those who welcomed us into the room. Well done, we will definitely be back

Everything was excellent, from the pizza to the sandwiches and what can I say about the supplì, fabulous. Cozy place, the food is excellent and the service is fast and friendly, in a beautiful village with a panoramic view. Perfect quality/price ratio. Highly recommended, I always happily come back.
