I arrived at this restaurant quite by chance to celebrate a family birthday lunch after a visit to the bunkers. My experience was very positive: I was pleasantly surprised by the care and cleanliness of the rooms, which convey a sense of discreet elegance. The staff stood out for their kindness and professionalism, welcoming us with a smile and making us feel at home. The place is well-kept, with a welcoming atmosphere that invites you to relax. The dishes are prepared with fresh and genuine ingredients, expertly cooked to enhance the flavors without being heavy. Every detail contributed to making this day special and unforgettable. Without a doubt I will return with pleasure.

We went there after visiting the Soratte bunker, it's a welcoming place and the food is excellent.

We went for lunch today, the Ale was very nice, welcoming and well furnished. Excellent cuisine where the genuine flavors of the past are the protagonists. All enhanced by the sweetness of those who welcomed us into the room. Well done, we will definitely be back

Everything was excellent, from the pizza to the sandwiches and what can I say about the supplì, fabulous. Cozy place, the food is excellent and the service is fast and friendly, in a beautiful village with a panoramic view. Perfect quality/price ratio. Highly recommended, I always happily come back. Congratulations to the management!

I had a very nice meal here with some friends one Sunday evening. To start, we had some lovely breaded meatballs with smoked cheese and nduja inside them...very tasty, and a rather big arancino afterwards filled with sage and mozzarella, which was also very good! For my main, I went for a pizza all'amatriciana....Margherita base but with guanciale and pecorino on top...the pizza base wasn't too crunchy or dry and was very enjoyable... it could of just done with some more of the meat on top in my opinion. Finally, for dessert I went for a pistacchio crema catalana, which was creamy and had a nice, pistacchio twist, a pleasing dessert to end the meal with The staff were professional and not too invasive and the food was very good value for money also. I gave it four stars as they had various items missing from the menú and it was a weekend evening. It's definitely worth a visit if you're in the area, though.

Four of us stayed here on Sunday 21st July after the visit, which was also beautiful, to the Bunker Soratte. Despite the crowded place, despite the sudden interruption of electricity for some time, we were served very quickly with excellent dishes and generous portions.
