Excellent cuisine, the fillet steak paired with baked radicchio was delicious, and the staff were friendly and courteous. The room temperature was a bit chilly at lunchtime.

Excellent restaurant specializing in grilled meats, cured meats, and hams. At lunchtime, they offer a very generous daily menu. But in the end, we chose the delicious and generous cured meats platter, accompanied by plum jam as a perfect pairing... and then a... mega marbled Florentine steak, to die for!!! ...accompanied by chickpeas, excellent porcini mushrooms, and rustic fries. Thank you, it's always a pleasure to return. See you soon!

Everything was spectacular, from the welcome to the service to the truly excellent food. The tartare is sublime. It feels like being at home among friends, a rustic, unfussy family atmosphere, just the way I like it. The wine selection is also excellent. If you're a meat lover, this place is definitely worth it, and the staff is very courteous and friendly. I've been there three times already, and each time I've brought different people. I'll definitely be back with more friends.

The food quality is truly excellent, but the service, atmosphere, and hospitality of the entire staff are truly top-notch. They even read my reservation note (we came for my girlfriend's birthday) and left a surprise candle on the dessert!

11/10/2025: The weakest Michelin 3* so far. The sweetbread was a high point. Learned about amarone here, one of my favorite Italian wines.
10/10/2025: One of the most amazing restaurants in Italy for sure. We ordered a la carte, but what a surprise that the restaurant delivered what could be considered a full tasting menu with welcome “rare” cava, starters, surprises, and more. The service was amazing and very attentive. Thank you for an incredible experience.

14/09/2025: When even the bread pairs with the dishes, you understand the attention to detail, passion, and thought behind Soul. The tasting menu is a sensory journey worth every penny. It's even difficult to choose a favorite. The service is attentive, precise, perfectly timed, and never intrusive. Thank you for a wonderful evening and for fulfilling our "special" request. We'll definitely be back.
