I’ve rated this a three because the service was great, the pizza itself… not so much. I really wanted to love this as I read many great reviews so maybe I went on a bad day. The sauce was thick and flavourless, the cheese was sparse and tasteless. Not the best decision and very rare that I can’t even consume it.

Had a yummy #4 pizza from here recently for €11 (regular size), following a recommendation by one of the staff. The dough is thin, crispy and oily, and the toppings are very flavoursome. It was nice to watch the chef make the pizza efficiently right in front of us, and the whole process was very quick. We went at lunch time and there was enough seating inside, but it did get busier when we were finishing up. Would recommend this place for a quick lunch if you’re in the area!
Unfortunately when we were there there were some tourists who ate before us, who were quite rude to the staff regarding payment that wasn’t received - the staff and owner handled it very well though given the circumstances

Wow, the most amazing pizza we ate in all of Italy!
Perfect and delicious. A simple place with an amazing and pleasant owner who does everything with a smile and great love. Highly recommend coming here if you are in Florence! You just have to, you won't regret it!
