Next time, pizza. The pasta was a disappointment, swimming in oil. There should have been swordfish but there wasn't. The eggplant was just the "black skin." What happened to the pulp? Excellent dessert. Excellent service, attentive staff.

14/03/2026: The center of the old town of Palermo, a must-see when visiting, the main treaty, so it's hard to miss
13/03/2026: The hotel itself is located in the center. Therefore, I do not advise you to go there by car - you will get tired. The center of Palermo, especially during peak hours, is something with something.. in places more complicated than Milan. (By the way, it is the TCL zone) As for the hotel - a good location for walks, pleasant service at the reception. As for the restaurant-bar service, it is better not to go there, unless you want to spoil your mood.

02/03/2026: The host put together a gluten-free plate with burrata, ham, vegetables and spinach. Lovely food and great service.
