Founded by Chef Max in 1990, the restaurant offers high-quality creative Italian cuisine, with particular attention to the selection of raw materials and attention to every detail. The à la carte menu offers a variety of dishes ranging from fish specialities, meat and vegetarian options. Successful recipes include "Octopus on potato cream soup and caramelized Tropea onion", "Spaghetti Afeltra scampi and Spilinga n'duja" and "Filet mignon in a crust with chocolate cream soup".
