One of the few places on the Amalfi Coast where you can sit down and enjoy excellent dishes, from pizza to dessert, from "Impepata di cozze" (with mussels) to scialatelli allo scoglio (seafood pasta), or even a buffalo mozzarella from the Lattari mountains. Table service is always prompt and prompt. If you find a line outside, that's a detail that's as important as this review. People only wait where they know they'll eat well.

The real problem with this place is the atmosphere, which is particularly chaotic and loud. You can barely hear the person sitting at your table! The food quality is average, and the service is courteous and helpful.
It's a shame you leave the place to find some peace and quiet, so you can't enjoy the menu. It wouldn't take much to improve...
PS - Thanks for your reply. I'll be happy to visit you again at the end of the summer. Meanwhile, please kindly point out to the waiters that they're speaking a little loudly; that alone will set the tone for the evening.

Excellent restaurant, we enjoyed a delicious dinner with some tasty appetizers and a few first and second courses to follow. Everything was very well prepared, very tasty and delicate. Fast and courteous service. Fair prices for the quality and portions. Perfect location.

Enjoyed the food, service and ambiance. Can get quite busy, which is not surprising, so might be best to book a table in advance (we did while passing by in the afternoon).

De lejos, algunos de los mejores alimentos que hemos probado en Italia. ¡Este lugar huele a cocina casera de Nonna! Está ocupado, pero el servicio es rápido. Tuve la ternera y volveremos por ella. ¡Este es el lugar donde comen los lugareños y no te decepcionará!

A Maiori ristorante lungomare, siamo arrivati con un gruppo di amici da Viareggio e abbiamo provato una cena di pesce, gli scialatelli con alici, pepata di cozze e delizia al limone una bontà e altri piatti....tutto veramente ottimo e prenotato subito per la sera dopo. Servizio veloce con sorriso e gentilezza, prezzi nella norma.
