Quality food and generous portions, affordable prices and efficient staff made me sit right away. It's just a shame that I had ordered a salad with the second course and it didn't arrive, I ordered an appetizer, a first course and a second course and the second course arrived before the pasta 😁 definitely an oversight. Since it was Sunday lunch, the place was almost completely full.

Grandma's food, bread made by them in the restaurant, good value for money, the only annoyance is that they don't round off the bill by a Euro and consequently the people in the area who are very careful do not reward the Sala staff who are very efficient, friendly and very professional. 🤗👍😉😏 paying the price for the greed and greed of one of the brother members 😤

The restaurant is located at the entrance to Partinico adjacent to the station, there are no problems with parking, there are many places, and there was also a person who was responsible for checking the parked cars, he didn't ask for anything, I chose to have left a coin. Outside there is plenty of space for summer evenings, inside there will be a very large 150 nice wide seats. In the restaurant there are tables that were used once and that few people use anymore. This is a positive note, because they have very large tables, they will be one meter per side, tables that were used once upon a time, now all the new places have small tables and honestly it is uncomfortable, however at Mamma Rosa you are comfortable at these large tables, the very operational and present dining room staff, a small, almost imperceptible gesture was enough and they arrived immediately very professional, perhaps a little cold. Classic cuisine tasty dishes, it's a shame that both mine and my wife's pasta were 2 different first courses, the pasta was overcooked, it's a shame the sauce was good and beautifully seasoned but the overcooked pasta didn't fit. We didn't want to send her back. Surely when I happen to return I will point out that I prefer the pasta al dente as it should be.
Regarding the bill, prices are more than fair. I recommend it, but point out to the waiter that you want the pasta cooked to perfection.
