The restaurant offers a welcoming and truly special atmosphere. The service and staff are kind and helpful. The quality of the pizzas is excellent, comparable to those of Naples. Highly recommended if you're in Florence.

I tried the best wood-fired Neapolitan pizza. The restaurant is located in Florence's beautiful historic center, very close to the train station and Piazza Duomo.

Este restaurante nos dio en el blanco esta noche. Sabía que necesitaba ensalada y mi adorable amigo buscaba una lasaña. Mama Napoli tenía un menú completo y variado a un precio razonable, pero sobre todo, la cálida bienvenida que nos ofrecieron fue maravillosa. Buena comida, excelente carta de vinos y buen servicio al cliente a la antigua. Estábamos encantados con nuestra comida y sin duda recomendaría. Volveremos en nuestro próximo viaje a Firenze y solo desearíamos no estar de paso en este momento. Gracias por una excelente velada.

Really delicious pizza, with soft dough and fresh ingredients. Simple and pleasant place, friendly staff and fast service. Excellent value for money, I will gladly return!

24/09/2025: A Florentine institution, you're not a Florentine if you haven't been there at least once. Delicious milkshakes. Friendly and helpful staff. Little parking.
13/09/2025: It was a pleasure to discover this kiosk, and it's wonderful to think that generations of Florentines have passed through here. Thank goodness Debora has continued the family tradition! Long live the Chiosco del Frappé ❤️

28/10/2025: Found this place by chance on the way from Pisa...very friendly, welcoming staff, the dishes are of very high quality, prepared with great attention to detail. A very nice ambiance, a little gem in Tuscany, thank you for the lovely evening.

We would like to sincerely thank Angela and her entire team for their helpfulness, kindness, and care in organizing our special day! The carefully prepared dishes, a delight for the palate and the eyes, made with top-quality ingredients, amazed us and our guests, accompanied by the excellent wines from their estate.
