The best pizza I have eaten in my life. The slightest Margherita is a cloud for the taste buds, Arriving there by chance after a day too hot to be real, we ate a piece of cloud, Well done and see you soon.

We stopped to eat a pizza on the fly... even if it wasn't on the fly. Excellent location (in front of the central market of Florence), more than good pizza and nice restaurant (although we must congratulate Ciro because he was truly exceptional and, due to his manner, it seemed like he was the owner of the place and not a employee). The only flaw was the slightly too long wait due to the presence of only one pizza chef. However, at the end of the evening, Ciro, on behalf of all the staff, made amends with a welcome surprise. Even though he wanted us to praise all the staff, we want to say a big thank you to Ciro for making us smile and spend the long waiting time well.

Ci siamo fermati per mangiare una pizza al volo....anche se al volo non è stato. Posizione ottima (davanti al mercato centrale di Firenze), pizza più che buona e saff carino (anche se dobbiamo fare i complimenti a Ciro perchè è stato veramente eccezionale e. per i suoi modi di fare, sembrava fosse il titolare del locale e non un dipendente). Unico neo appunto è stata l'attesa un pò troppa lunga dovuta alla presenza di un solo pizzaiolo. Comunque a fine serata, Ciro a nome di tutto lo staff, si è fatto perdonare con una gradita sorpresa. Anche se lui voleva che noi elogiassimo tutto lo staff, vogliamo dire un grosso grazie a Ciro per averci fatto sorridere e trascorrere bene il lungo tempo di attesa.

Très bon accueil dès le début dans ce restaurant typique. Le personnel était très sympathique nous avons très bien mangé entre amis avec nos enfants adolescents. Tout le monde a apprécié. Il y a un grand choix de plats à des prix abordables contrairement à d’autre restaurant proche des monuments où l’on paye le double. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Ristorante di Villa Fiesole

02/07/2024: I stayed at this beautiful hotel in the hill near Fiesole. What made the stay wonderful was the staff who were friendly professional and doing all they could to ensure our needs were met. Special thanks to Enzo who looked after me many times in the restaurant and was ever so attentive providing great service and a friendly smile at the beginning of each day at breakfast. I would highly recommend a stay at Villa Fiesole.

30/07/2024: Very pleasant environment, the service is very helpful and the pizzas are very good. I would happily stay here again
02/06/2024: We ordered two pizzas here to pick up during our trip. Despite the opening hours, it turned out that we could not pick up immediately, but had to wait an hour for it. And the wait was more than worth it. They were two fresh and delicious pizzas from a real brick oven. The prices are very affordable. If you are in the area, it is definitely recommended.
