The worst experince in Milan. The food was othe worst experience in Milan. The food was ok, nothing spectacular. The service was terrible, they don't know how to explain what the food is, English is a problem for the person. They didn't explain that at the end you will have to go to a desk to pay your bill. I waited a long time after the dessert although it was already prepared and brought out on a table but no one came to bring it even after I specifically requested this. I don't recommend this place. There are places where I was served much faster and better and even the food was better. Those places are in proximity and even if they are Chinese restaurants they are clearly superior in all respects.k, nothing special but the service was teribel.

Very good, nice atmosphere, bright and clean, courteous, attentive, and smiling service, very good and carefully prepared dishes. Highly recommended.

Good lunch and excellent quality, both the first courses and the pizzas. Courtesy and efficiency of the staff. Cost proportionate to all this. When I have the chance I will go back. Recommended. I went back... another lunch and another 5 stars. Words are useless... go there and you will go back again.

Sono stato qui con un po' di colleghi a pranzo. Non essendo rimasto impressionato dall'aspetto della pizza (molto piatta e fina) ho preso i bucatini all'amatriciana. Attesa breve e pasta buona

Update June 11, 2025 After the owner's response, I specify that no one, I repeat no one, told us to use a qrcode, only the placemat/paper menu was brought. So this possibility of the catering part was not proposed in any way, no communication. Just as it was not specified anywhere that the discount of The Fork was applied only to the cost of the pizzas. In all the other places I have been to, the discount was always made on the entire bill. So it is quite clear that communication, correct, is not your tip of the spear. How to turn an overall positive review into a shot in the foot. ================================ I have been to this pizzeria 2/3 times, the last time I also used the fork app and I saved a little....The product is good, the pizza is super thin, so it must be liked in this formula, the fresh products, the service quite polite and clean environment. In the evening I did not see the possibility of taking anything else, except pizza. During the day I would not know. A quiet place for a quiet evening.

We found the menu confusing. First I was told that what I had ordered was not a pizza (unfortunately I did not find it marked), my second choice arrived without the main ingredient. Not very good unfortunately, and for €25 per person for pizza + coke I was hoping for something more!
