Excellent value for money. I've been there often with family and friends and have always had a great time. Reservations are essential because it's very popular, and you need to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. Service is fast. They also have outdoor seating during the summer. Overall, everything is good. I highly recommend trying it.

Hotel Murgia Ristorante

07/03/2026: A very quiet hotel with excellent service. The rooms are very clean and well-maintained. Many typical Puglian sights are located nearby, such as the Sassi di Matera and the world-famous Alberobello. The food here is also excellent. I was given a tour of the kitchen, and it was exceptionally clean, which is quite rare in the restaurant industry. The staff is courteous and very friendly. So, if you value a peaceful stay with good food, this is the perfect place. I would gladly stay at Hotel Murgia again. Thank you for the wonderful time :-). See you soon!
27/12/2025: Nice little place, not too expensive. Close to Matera, Gioia del Colle, and Bari. Clean. Courteous.
