We went for aperitivo, and it's a popular spot with tourists, so it's best to book. The best thing about the place is definitely the view of the salt flats, which is breathtaking at sunset (everyone takes photos). It's a bit chaotic and definitely touristy, but for the view, it's manageable.

The atmosphere and setting are truly beautiful. However, the food portions are quite small more of a gourmet style so it feels overpriced for something that wasn’t particularly exceptional. Please remember to book a table in advance through their website, as it can get very crowded. Note that there’s a fee to secure your reservation, but it will be deducted from your final bill.

Incredible place!!! Firstly, it's a fantastic sunset with a view of the mills and salt pools. Secondly, the exquisite, delicious cuisine, with fresh fish and seafood. To say that I'm delighted is an understatement! Be sure to make a reservation for sunset, otherwise you won't be able to sit down

A charming place, but very expensive. A cocktail and three mini bruschettas cost €30, not even in Monte Carlo. We also had to repeatedly ask for an ashtray and chips with the second cocktail, which should normally be the norm when you ask for so much. However, not everything was bad; after various delays and shortcomings, we turned to a waitress named Patrizia, who made up for the shortcomings with her attentiveness, kindness, and professionalism. Finally, we reached the cashier with a bill of over €200 for eight cocktails, bruschetta, and two mini tuna burgers. The cashier didn't even have a smile, as is usual in a hospitality establishment. Too serious and therefore definitely unprofessional.

Director Rosario was immediately courteous and kind, introducing us to Tony, the manager. They welcomed us and began our fantastic rooftop journey. As you ascend, you can already sense the history of the place, admiring the photos handed down from the owners' family that Tony points out to us. And as soon as you open the door, you're surrounded by a marvelous view. A natural spectacle where everything is in its place: the clear sky, the warm sun, the breeze caressing your skin, and the sea whose colors continue to unfold even after sunset. Tony was very polite and professional, guiding us throughout the entire journey, providing detailed information from the champagne to the food to the tasting of Sicilian olive oils paired with salt. What truly makes this place special are Tony and his manager, a unique and rare pair of professionals these days. You can feel the love and passion for an ancient and noble profession. We are delighted to have met you and thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
