Booked online through the website (€30 per person + tax) with advance payment, for a unique aperitivo, especially for the view. They reserve the first tables facing the spectacular salt pans and include two drinks of your choice, including a variety of cocktails, including premium spirits and/or champagne, the classic chips and peanuts, and crostini with fresh fish and cherry tomatoes. The atmosphere is truly TOP, the staff are very welcoming and attentive to their needs, and the venue is very characteristic. It also has a spectacular terrace, which can be accessed by booking online for about double the price (€65 per person).
There is plenty of parking both immediately in front of the venue and at the entrance, and the background music is pleasant with an excellent selection.

Experience in August 2024.
Sunset aperitif with a spectacular view of the Trapani salt flats. We arrived without a reservation but were seated within minutes. The music was at the right volume for conversation. The appetizers were average, and the wines by the glass were good. Service was okay, but prices were high (or at least increase the portion size and the glass; after all, it doesn't take much).

A beautiful and poetic place. Yes, you pay, but you know in advance. It's perfect for special events thanks to the wonderful sunset view. Five-star food.

We went there very spontaneously for dinner without a reservation. The staff was very friendly and the food delicious. Also the view of the Salines in the evening was something special.

I celebrated my birthday at the Salina restaurant. I asked for a table as close as possible to the Mill and the lagoon, and they didn't promise it. But when I arrived, they had set the table I had really wanted when I took the boat to the island of Mozia the day before. The food was delicious, and the staff were super friendly (unusual in places where you practically have the advantage of such a picturesque location). A wonderful place filled with wonderful people. Thank you for making my day beautiful, and if I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely stop by. Highly recommended.

The place is beautiful, always a guarantee, and the food is very good. It's a shame the music lately is piercing your ears.
It's really not feasible. The volume is audible from Favignana.

A sunset aperitivo overlooking the Marsala salt pans and their characteristic windmills is a must-do if you're in the area. The cost of booking online to secure a table near the salt pans isn't exactly cheap (€30 per person, including a drink/cocktail/glass of wine, a small bowl of chips, a mini bowl of peanuts, and three bruschettas each topped with burrata, amberjack carpaccio, and cherry tomatoes—delicious), but it's a truly rewarding and unique experience.
