This bar is a real gem as it directly overlooks the salt pans. Here you can have an elegant aperitif with cocktails mixed with different types of Marsala or taste a glass of Marsala dei Florio. The food is also very good, especially the panelle and the cassatella with ricotta and chocolate.

A good address. Very pleasant lunch on the terrace. Breathtaking view of the saltworks. The meat is excellent. Prices a little high.

Admiring the sunset over the salt pans from the tables of this place is a wonderful experience, if you add a good drink and the kindness of the staff you can't help but come.

Bar in scenic location in front of windmill and ferry location to take you to Mozia island. As expected expensive based on location and service isn't great - staff wander about at times without engaging customers. Owners should do a 'mystery shop' to see how staff engage with customers. €10 for a limoncello spritz and €8 for a rose wine. To get to this location take #4 bus from Piazza del Popolo. 20 minutes approx. It stops outside Saline of the Laguna Marsala / Mamma Caura and you take the bus from the exact same stop back to Marsala. The bus simply goes up one stop and goes back to Marsala.

We stopped with our children for an aperitif at sunset overlooking the salt pans... wonderful, relaxing with excellent food and wine! Polite, friendly and very busy staff with the many tables to serve. Now let's book for dinner 😂!

The location is worth the money spent! We opted for dinner (10 euros per person to book but then deducted from the final bill) The dishes are well prepared, very good tartare, couscous and calamarata with tuna (medium-high prices around 20 euros per dish). Top the marscarpone with Marsala Service a little awkward, we asked several times to bring the menus/wine/cutlery Overall I recommend it more for dinner than for an aperitif (by spending more for dinner, the experience is certainly more pleasant)
