Mamma Caura In Marsala

At the suggestion of an acquaintance I went to this place with a friend. Location 10 and praise. We booked a table and had lunch overlooking the salt pans. Excellent service! We chatted with the restaurant manager. Very professional person and with a guy who spoke French very well. He's also very good! We will happily return! I recommend it because it's worth it!

We were accompanied by the dining room manager (at the end of the dinner we also had the pleasure of having a chat), Tony, the rooftop manager, was waiting for us. A truly magnificent place, neither photos nor videos can express the beauty of the colors that change at every moment. Tony was smiling, kind and professional. He accompanied us throughout the experience, from serving us good rosé champagne to explaining how to taste the dishes. We will return in the summer, Thank you with all my heart.

The restaurant presents itself well, with a refined atmosphere and overall courteous service. The starters are definitely the highlight: well presented, tasty and with fresh ingredients that really get the meal off to a good start. Unfortunately, the first courses do not live up to expectations. In particular, the calamarata was dry and dry, lacking that touch of flavor and softness that one would expect from such a dish. It's a shame, because the potential is there. Also painful is the constant and somewhat intrusive presence of the room manager who repeatedly wandered behind us. It's understandable to want to guarantee good service, but the effect was a bit anxiety-provoking and not very relaxing. Overall, a mixed experience: excellent start, but the rest needs reviewing. With some more attention in the kitchen and a more discreet approach to service, it could become a really nice place to return to.

5 stars are few. An incredible place especially at sunset, Recommended to book for dinner / aperitif. The prices are more than correct in relation to the place, the service and the view. Arrive with charged phones and plenty of memory space because you will take home unique memories.
