We visited this restaurant on a Saturday evening without reserving a seat. What can I say? The welcome exceeded our expectations, the service was fast and impeccable, courtesy of Shadi, and the appetizers and first courses were excellent and well-prepared. Highly recommended.

Great place to eat great Puglian food and drink excellent wine right in the middle of things in central Bari. The service was very friendly and quick. We felt really welcome and had a lovely evening.

Le Officine Clandestine

13/11/2025: We chose "Le Officine Clandestine" to celebrate a graduation with friends. The place is just steps from the Polytechnic University. Excellent food, knowledgeable and courteous staff attentive to every need. Relaxed atmosphere. Excellent selection of wines and beers. Highly recommended.
