A great restaurant only overshadowed by its fantastic food and great wine. My wife and I loved it so much it is on our places to revisit next year.

Had a wonderful evening with friends here. Lemon pasta and eggplant Parmesan were delicious. Be sure to plan ahead and get a reservation as it was full each night. A 3 man band came by and played some great traditional music for the patrons. Overall we just loved it all!

We went for dinner - recommend booking as was quite busy. Lots of great seafood options. Can recommend the seafood risotto and the fritto misto. Waitstaff attentive and amusing. House wine not bad and a reasonable price.

Imcreadible food, I saw lots of locals eating here, I have tried the lemon pasta with pistachio and I am absolutely in love with it!! Great atmosphere, very reasonable price! Highly recommended Edited… went back year after year for the past 7 years and it never disappoints thanks Fabrizio for the food, hospitality and memories!!!

Went here based on reviews saying it was lovely family run traditional Sicilian restaurant. A mixed experience overall. I had linguine al limone which was delicious but my husband ordered swordfish rolls. These turned out to be like small fish cakes served with a bit of salad. They tasted ok but nothing special. We didn’t get a family vibe - the staff all seemed too rushed so there were very few pleasantries .

Nuestro guía Chiara Rozzi nos llevó aquí para el almuerzo después de nuestro recorrido por Taormina. Qué lugar encantador para sentarse y relajarse en la terraza exterior del patio. Teníamos pasta casera hecha por el dueño que conocimos de espaguetis con limón y pistacho también pasta con berenjena y ragu. Especialidades del chef. Luego comimos pistacho canoli de postre. Recomiendo encarecidamente este restaurante. Muchos clientes locales comen aquí La mejor comida de nuestro viaje Gracias 💗

18/11/2025: Great historic trattoria, unpretentious location, top-notch hospitality from the great Ugo, extraordinary dishes, full of flavor and passion. Warmth, folklore, excellent dishes, and excellent value. Always a wonderful experience! I won't single out any one dish in particular because they're all delicious.
11/11/2025: If you want great food, you have to go to Godfather's. Impeccable service and friendly service are guaranteed. A huge thank you to all the staff, from me and Piero ❤️❤️

13/11/2025: I was there for the first time in 2019 for Ferragosto, I returned this year on a Sunday in November and found the same atmosphere, quality, kindness, and professionalism as six years ago. Always a pleasure to return.
01/11/2025: Dinner with family and friends. Everything was seafood, both raw and cooked, delicious. The staff was very kind and helpful. Wonderful place.
