It's a place in South Tyrol that's remained authentic and honest...you eat well and spend the right amount!

We only got to know the inn and it is really great, very cozy, a bit simple in a lovely and authentic way, we had delicious food, the service was nice and attentive, a good place for a stopover

After the wonderful experience of the Bletterbach Canyon, we stopped at this stunning mountain hut. Tagliatelle with chanterelle mushrooms, dumplings, raspberry buttermilk (refreshing), and Kerner wine. Everything was delicious. Unfortunately, we made a mistake with dessert; we ordered a buckwheat roll that didn't quite match the rest of the menu! Blame it on the overly convoluted menu. Other than that, it's worth trying.

The food was delicious. Beautiful location, and very friendly and accommodating staff.

We only ate. Great location at 1,700 meters. Fantastic panoramic view of the Etsch Valley. Good, home-style cooking, good to very good. The staff is very friendly.

The Schmiederalm is something truly special! A little remote, hidden away, it's a place full of warmth and the perfect spot to slow down. Good food, welcoming hosts, and the enchanting mountain scenery have a special appeal. For overnight guests and small campers, it's the perfect location for a mountain experience. It's also the starting point for a hike through the nearby Bletterbach Gorge. One of my favorite places and an experience I wouldn't want to miss!

While traveling by van through the Dolomites, we found this charming little hotel, which allowed us to park overnight in the parking lot. The homemade dinner and breakfast were delicious. Catarina is a lovely and helpful host. We really fell in love with this typical South Tyrolean inn. Nathalie and Jean Marc

A beautiful spot, ideal as a starting point for a hike or mountain bike tour. Very friendly hosts. We ate here and were allowed to stay overnight with our camper for free. The view is magnificent, the food was excellent and well worth the price. Highly recommended!
