Really nice restaurant by the road with LOCAL dishes which are great! Staff is very quick and friendly, they speak English, German and, naturally, Italian which is very important because the menu is in Italian only. PS They put a lemon in my beer!

Beautiful location! I recommend the house dishes and desserts. The malga dish (polenta, cheese and sausage) is less recommended. Friendly staff and average prices. I will definitely be back!

Top typical food, attentive service. Sacher super! Very pretty hut, made of wood, near the road and next to the woods. I would definitely go back!

Ambiente recentemente rinnovato, accogliente ed elegante. Staff tutto al femminile efficiente e gentile. Cibo ottimo. Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo. Tappa da tenere assolutamente presente.

Ristorante Da Aurelio Rifugio

26/03/2025: Stopped in for lunch while passing through. Excellent surprise. Very high quality of both food and service. Price in line with the high quality and absolutely deserved. 360° view of the Dolomites. I will definitely go back.
25/03/2025: I went to Da Aurelio’s in January and to this day I still think about the amazing experience I had. Starting with the environment, which was very cozy, and the view which was incredible. As for the staff, they were very friendly and welcoming, and I had the pleasure to meet the founder, Aurelio, and the owner, Gigi, who walked me through some insights about this spot. Regarding the food, I had the Vitela and the Tartar which were both tender and flavourful, a whole experience, taste wise. And for dessert I had the creme brûlée and terra, which had the perfect amount of sweetness to them. Overall a great experience, I’d go back anytime!!
