The ascent in the snow was moderately difficult, but it was fully rewarded upon arrival at the mountain hut. Friendly staff and an excellent lunch with truly delicious traditional dishes; the staff were also very kind to our four-legged friends.
We will definitely be back.

Sunday lunch for two after walking from Hotel Cristallo. Truly excellent dishes, very well prepared, and high-quality ingredients! The only drawback is the quality/price ratio; the prices are now restaurant-like.
The owner was kind and offered us grappa. They don't take reservations.

A very beautiful agriturismo with a spectacular view of the Marmarole mountain range. The cuisine is superior to that of a typical agriturismo; the food is good and the portions are generous.

I visited this agriturismo a few days ago with some friends; it's in a charming location, and we decided to stop for lunch. It was crowded, so we had to wait about an hour, but the beautiful day allowed us to enjoy the scenery. The dishes we ordered were good but not abundant: for the same price, you can eat more elsewhere. I also always find it annoying, after paying the cover charge, to find an additional charge for any additional bread, especially if they serve goulash soup without croutons.

The site can be reached via a 1.5-hour hike of medium difficulty, but it's well worth it. We chose to have lunch outside due to the sunny day. The food was served very quickly and was truly excellent. The polenta with smoked ricotta and the sautéed potatoes are highly recommended. The portions (even the appetizers) are generous. Everything was delicious; the donkey is highly recommended.

A corner of paradise in the heart of the Dolomites. Malga Maraia is a must-see if you're near Auronzo or Misurina. The view of the Marmarole Mountains is simply breathtaking and more than makes up for the hike to get there.
The food is the essence of authenticity: traditional dishes, simple yet rich in flavor. You can sense the passion behind the restoration of this establishment, which successfully combines the rustic charm of the mountain hut with a touch of modernity and comfort. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, ideal for relaxing among the flower-filled meadows. The staff is extremely kind and welcoming. I'll definitely be back!
