One of the best restaurants we've visited in Italy. Excellent service, especially Tomás, who served us with warmth and attention. The food is sensational, and the view is breathtaking, literally at the foot of the Dolomites.

Despite the cloudy day, the view is wonderful.
The mountain hut is very beautiful and well-kept. The staff is very courteous and friendly. The food is excellent.
The only drawback is the noisy generator that emits smelly smoke, which is definitely out of place in this place that soothes one to be at peace with the world. I understand the challenges of the location, but if possible, it should be moved.

The pasta (gnocchi and fettuccine) we ate was excellent. Besides, everything around us looked excellent.
The setting is charming, among goats and ponies, even though it's close to the road leading to the most famous hikes.

We had lunch on the splendid veranda of Malga Maraia, with a breathtaking view of the Dolomites—truly picture-perfect!
The atmosphere is unique and relaxing, the ideal place to fully enjoy the authentic flavors of the mountains.
The dishes were amazing, prepared with great care and attention to detail. Each course was a pleasant discovery!
The owner was extremely kind: he welcomed us warmly and showed us around the outside of the mountain hut, telling us a little more about their business.
Before leaving, we purchased some of their traditional products: truly top-notch, you can taste all the quality and passion they put into them.
A real gem in Auronzo—we'll definitely be back!

The mountain hut is very beautiful. Nestled in a valley where you can admire the Marmarole mountain range and the peaks of Sorapis.
The cuisine is good and the dishes are plentiful.
It can be reached from the Hotel Cristallo, which has been closed for many years, via a trail or by car on a steep road. The entrance to the hut is further down the valley than the trail, towards Auronzo.

A nearly two-hour walk from the former Cristallo Hotel.
The first and last stretches are challenging for those who aren't very fit.
But the effort is amply rewarded by the beauty of the mountain hut and the delicious food.
The service is friendly and welcoming.

Eravamo gi venuti a Malga Maraia dalla località Federa e così questa volta abbiamo deciso di fare un sentiero più lungo. Siamo arrivati poco prima del pranzo ed abbiamo trovato subito persone veramente molto gentili. Del menù si vede l'inizio e non la fine tanto è pieno di proposte culinarie, uno più golosa dell'altra, abbiamo mangiato e bevuto splendidamente, complimenti sinceri per tutto.
