Malga Mandrielle In Asiago

Il tragitto per arrivare alla malga è per gran parte sterrato ma venendo dal rifugio si percorre senza problemi. Il panorama lungo tutto il tragitto campomuletto e la malga sono veramente mozzafiato. Tante mucche per la strada rendono il viaggio una gran bella esperienza. Il personale è gentile e alla mano anche se nel complesso la malga è molto molto casereccia e tenuta grezza (il bello forse è proprio questo). Quindi non scandalizzatevi se dovete tirare il secchio d'acqua quando andate in bagno. Pranzo buono molto semplice. Birra artigianale gustosa.

Wonderful place surrounded by pine trees and tranquility.. you can see cows, pigs and chickens and occasionally ponies, and especially dogs. There is also the possibility of getting permanent tattoos during this period. Very tasty platters and dishes with local products and also beers and wines. Very recommended as a stop during day walks.

Beautiful mountain hut, enchanting place, where you can spend a relaxing day We had lunch there and the girls are super kind and helpful, a mixed platter of very good cheeses and cured meats. We will definitely return, I recommend it for families or solo.

Location rating 8, because the place is quiet surrounded by greenery, typical mountain pasture landscape. Management a bit do-it-yourself, it could be greatly improved, I saw a customer offering to help a waitress who was running between the tables looking for the right one. The girls were kind and helpful, except when they were "very busy" due to a slight disorganization, probably due to the management by two men: one, older, perhaps the cook, with the Alpine hat and artistic mustache, but he too with some difficulty finding the number of tables. The other younger one, very friendly, inversely proportional to the cleanliness of the clothing... We ordered 4 Tyrolean dumplings and surprise! It looked like a risotto, very small dumplings, slightly cooked with mushrooms and speck (but where?), thanks to hunger they went down. In our opinion, they were not worth €11 Platters with cheeses, soppressa and salami. Overall a little disappointing, although we understand it's not easy. Yes it can always improve!

Easy to reach via the road that starts from campo muletto. About 45 minutes on foot in peace on dirt and asphalt with no slope. The road is the one that goes towards Piazzale Lozze. Too bad for the uncivilized people who leave waste on the ground. I collected glass and plastic bottles and various rubbish which I put in a bag which I then emptied at the shelter. I ate a very good soppressa and cheese sandwich. Low prices, very kind girl.
