To reach this corner of paradise, you need to know the route, which isn't difficult (the last stretch is on a light dirt road). After a well-prepared, varied, and plentiful lunch, excellent value for money, you can relax on the other side of the mountain hut, where the only sounds are the wind and the distant cowbells. Bring a sweatshirt; it's at least ten degrees cooler than on the plains...

What can I say? If you're looking for a place with character, this is the place. The staff makes you feel right at home. The food is excellent, the prices are really reasonable, and you can get there by motorbike or car. A tip: save room for dessert, it's really worth it!

I went for lunch with my family. Wonderful place, very well maintained, surrounded by nature. Excellent food and prices, friendly and helpful staff. The back patio is also beautiful for those who want to relax. Highly recommended, compliments to the owners. NB: For those who don't want to climb the "Salto della capra" trail, there is an alternative route.

Malga Domador. A beautiful mountain hut, a charming location, and a warm welcome. Tasty traditional cuisine, friendly staff. An excellent place for families and children, also for athletes and cyclists. We'll definitely be back.

23/08/2025: I had dinner with my husband, my three children, and our beloved dog. The location was undoubtedly very welcoming and well-maintained, as were the dishes we enjoyed... undoubtedly well-executed and beautifully presented. The wines we chose were very good.... I'll add a couple of "buts" that we didn't like and that in my opinion ruin the good things about this Forno gem... We didn't like the cover charge (€3.50...not exactly cheap for 5 people)...which in my opinion should be abolished in all establishments by 2025...the cost of water (€2) that was served to us in jugs and which I assume was taken from the tap since it's in the mountains...and the very last flaw was the cost of the white pasta dish (€10) that we ordered for the little one..... I'm really sorry because you deserve 5 stars for the whole context.... Furthermore...a few evenings later we stopped for an aperitif...we ordered a platter and we were charged the cover charge...which left us perplexed....
