I found this agriturismo after a long search for August 15th (when they were all fully booked!) A place nestled among the Bolognese badlands with a breathtaking view... the food was all excellent, yet simple and homemade... their wine was delicious... I will definitely be back. Thanks again for your kindness. See you next time.

Set in an enchanting place I have only ever had lunch in this place (several times). Excellent dishes and excellent wine, with a refined quality of local tradition throughout the extensive menu. A delicious mixed appetizer and first courses for every taste, from classic tortelli to condiments with wild herbs (for example thyme). The meats are excellent, ranging from traditional pork and beef to less common categories such as duck and game (pheasant, wild boar). Very appreciable zero kilometer side dishes and very pleasant desserts. The wine they produce is quite good (in particular Barbera for the reds and Pignoletto for the whites). Having tasted different courses on different occasions, I have always found the flavors to be fully satisfying. All at honest prices to complete a picture that places this place as one of the best in the area.

14/08/2025: It's not just worth a visit, it's a must-try. The new management is perfect, the food is superb, and the specials are exciting. An entrée: Galina beef meatball We had the crispy flower The liver with Tropea onion, fantastic Then to follow: Sweet as candy, to discover and savor every single bite. Then the twine between woods and fields, each roll an explosion of flavor. For main courses: Knuckle and potatoes, a pleasant discovery, and then the fake porchetta. I won't tell you about the desserts.

Trattoria Da Carlet

17/08/2025: We stopped for a quick dinner. Not feeling like eating meat, we opted for two first courses (tagliatelle), a second course (a large fried dish), and grilled vegetables. All of this was a bit below expectations, but the desserts were good.
24/07/2025: Rustic restaurant serving traditional dishes, interesting fondues, and delicious, not-at-all-greasy fried foods.
