The location is very unique.
The aperitif was served in a former quarry dug into the ground and later covered with a barrel vault.
Dinner took place in the cellar, where enormous oak barrels, each holding 6-8,000 liters, are stored.
The simple yet refined dinner was appropriate for the unique setting.

We come at least twice a year because we are not from these parts but as always everything is top notch! The menu always changes from time to time! MS never disappoints! Every new taste is always top notch! And the service is always excellent! Very cute place and relaxing place!

We dined at this restaurant last night and were thrilled. The atmosphere was welcoming, the staff friendly and attentive to every detail. The dishes? An explosion of flavors: quality ingredients, meticulous presentation, and perfect portions.

The expressive power of this place is the ancient stone quarries where the building material was extracted. Subsequent interventions to adapt the hygiene and sanitary standards, as well as the lighting and air treatment have made this ancient barn a pleasant gathering place!

A truly surprising restaurant. The location is truly beautiful and perfectly complements the chef's cooking style. The lamb with Genoese cream and brown stock is the standout dish. The service was also excellent. Excellent!

Beautiful location and impeccable cuisine, every dish crafted to perfection. We chatted with the sommelier Andrea, and it was wonderful to discover his great passion for his work. He recommended perfect pairings with local wines. The service was a bit stiff.
