Beautiful experience in this restaurant as soon as you entered the historic center, under the B&B where I stayed. I was coming off a busy lunch and had already ruled out meat a priori. Very intimate venue, excellent service with a good choice of wines, even by the glass. As an appetizer I have a fennel and apple salad and a Roman artichoke. Sensational homemade bread. I see a long proposal of first courses and I go to the off-menu with paccheri, artichokes and bacon, creamed with pecorino. One of the best first courses you remember. 2 glasses of wine. At the end of the meal I remained to talk to the staff and compliment them on the quality of the proposal. The only note is the noise from the other rooms but in general the acoustics leave something to be desired. Sound absorbers on the ceiling would help.

Un locale molto carino, curato e suggestivo a pochi passi dal centro di Anagni. Piatti della tradizione buonissimi come i piatti più moderni. Le polpette di bollito squisite. Tutto lo staff super gentile e professionale. Super consigliato.
