Makoré is a restaurant that enchants and surprises, a true restaurant gem that deserves to be discovered and experienced. From the first moment, the warm welcome and attention to the customer make you feel pampered and perfectly at ease, an increasingly rare and precious aspect. The cuisine is a perfect balance between tradition and innovation: chef Denny Lodi Rizzini has masterfully reinterpreted the flavors of the Ferrara tradition, going beyond the now inflated standards to offer a distinctive and unique experience. The culinary proposals are the result of careful research into raw materials, with local ingredients and beyond, expertly enhanced through never banal and always harmonious combinations. The pairing with wines is another strong point: excellent local labels, capable of enhancing each dish and offering a complete sensorial tasting. I relied on the pairings. The environment is elegant and with attention to the smallest details, capable of combining refinement and hospitality in a perfect way. A place where you can clearly perceive the passion and dedication of those who work there. A round of applause to the kitchen team and the dining room staff: impeccable service, always attentive but never intrusive, with that discreet professionalism that makes the experience even more pleasant. Having dined here a few times, I can't wait to return. Makoré is not just a restaurant, but a journey through flavours, a gastronomic experience that leaves its mark. I'll start by congratulating the whole team. Both the boys and girls in the dining room and in the kitchen were amazing. The place appears sober and elegant, but without making you feel uncomfortable. We chose the 8-course "Prestigio" tasting menu.....amazing. Well-made traditional dishes, revisited and with oriental influences. I won't spoil the different dishes, but the mozzarella is extraordinarily fun and tasty, simply an unexpected surprise....you look at it and say..."well it's mozzarella" then you taste it and realize you don't understand cooking...extraordinary. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful sommelier. Sweets......without words. The price is certainly not everyday, but certainly in line with the fantastic cuisine and the pampering received in the dining room. We will be back to try other tastings. Thank you.

Location. Minimalist, with attention to every detail with ample space between the tables. Food We chose the La Svolta menu and it was a succession of culinary exaltations where you could taste every single ingredient that made up the dishes, laid out in a very elegant way. Drink We relied on the best Italian Sommelier and it was a wonderful journey. I would like to point out that both in food but also in some drinks we remain in the Ferrara area. Wonderful experience with the very large tasting menu with 8 servings. After agreement with the very competent Sommelier, we were given a specially composed wine menu based on Italy and adapted to our desired taste nuances. Time flew by and during the more than four hours we were spoiled with delicious servings, artistically arranged and thought out, and particularly tasty and balanced. The accompanying wines were great experiences each. All accompanied by incredibly friendly and professional waiters and Sommelier. According to our experiences, worthy of a star. Can definitely be recommended. A great gastronomic experience and value for money.
