Beautiful experience. The excessive zeal of the waiters often interrupted the pleasant conversation.

Elegant and modern furnishings, staff with very high professionalism and high technical preparation, especially the sommelier and the head waiter. All the staff really support the customer. I had the pleasure of personally meeting the chef who deserves the best compliments for his professionalism and the very high quality he offers in his creations. There was also the opportunity to meet the owner, Dr. Fugaroli, a professional who believes in quality cuisine and is certainly on the right path to deserved success.

A high-end restaurant, undoubtedly deserving of a Michelin star. The room exudes class, both in the arrangement of tables and cutlery and in the decoration. The staff is ultra-competent with a special mention to the sommelier, passionate and exciting. The atmosphere is just perfect for a dinner (lighting, background music) and above all the cuisine is of a very high level. The menu we chose is a model of work, inventiveness and balance, mixing local and Japanese products. The service is fast and distinguished while being warm and relaxed. The kitchen staff works on sight and deserves all the compliments. We had an exceptional culinary experience and had a wonderful evening! Makoré is truly a must-see restaurant during a stay in Ferrara.

Very welcoming environment, very kind and friendly staff, very interesting surprise tasting itinerary, the presence of an Asian in the team is present in all the dishes that were tasted. The explanation of the dishes and wines was very welcome. Absolutely recommended for those who love Asian notes and flavors in dishes, the mix with some traditional Italian dishes (such as caciucco) makes you meditate on the possibility of meeting culinary traditions that are very distant from each other.

Very refined restaurant. High level cuisine. Impeccable service. Excellent sommelier. If you are looking for a haute cuisine dinner in Ferrara you cannot miss this place a stone's throw from the center which in my opinion will offer a memorable culinary experience.

In this restaurant nothing is left to chance and everything reflected my standards of pleasantness and satisfaction. Even the background music. It was an excellent experience that I look forward to repeating.

One of the best Michelin stars restaurant I have ever been into. The personnel was simply amazing with all the stories about the items from the tasting menu. The taste of the food speaked for itself. Just ignore the negative comments, those people don't understand what is fine dining

A Ferrara per lavoro, ho voluto deliziarmi con la cucina di livello proposta. L'esperienza ha superato le aspettative. Accoglienza professionale (pur non avendo prenotato) e attenzione al cliente con un consapevole esercizio di stile e raffinatezza. Proposta con menù dello Chef, e alla carta, di pietanze a base di pesce e di verdure, freschissime e preparate con sapienza e cura tali da far sublimare ad ogni assaggio. Proposta di vini, in abbinamento ai piatti, mai vista prima per competenza ed esposizione, nonché per qualità del nettare consumato. Prezzi perfettamente in linea rispetto alla qualità di cibo e servizio. Complimenti.
