extremely tasty food, although close to the vatican no tourist trap at all

Welcomed by the friendliness of the staff, I finally found mulled wine in Rome too! While I enjoyed it together with a slice of excellent homemade cake, I could notice the immense choice of infusions and flavored teas, the meticulous preparation of the aperitifs, the quality choice of craft beers on tap and the careful selection of raw materials for their dishes. It is therefore a must to return to extend the tasting, perhaps in the afternoon, accompanying the taste with the reading of a good book. And as if that wasn't enough, happy hour from 12 to 8pm! It is advisable to book if you want a table, but it is definitely more enjoyable to sit at the counter and let yourself be surprised by the friendliness of the barman.

A small place hidden in the alleys of Borgo Pio, with a retro atmosphere, where you can stop for a tea or an aperitif. The interior is welcoming, many vintage objects, and the service is good. The platters of cold cuts and cheeses to accompany the aperitif are excellent and plentiful. The place has few tables, it is advisable to book.

One of my favorite places. Soft light, low music in the background, colorful cushions and armchairs, books and above all a great choice of teas of all kinds and delicious cakes served with kindness and smiles

Voy a menudo a este acogedor bar en Borgo Pío. Buena comida para los dedos. Bruschetta, jamón y queso italiano, cócteles goog, precios justos, personal amable. Lo recomiendo 👌
