Traditional Osteria / Restaurant, nestled in the historic center of the town of Chiaramonte, easily accessible and with top quality ingredients, from truffles, to risotto alla Majore to finish with typical desserts such as the cannoli I ordered that put a delicious point to the satisfying and tasty dinner. Very positive note aside, aimed at underlining the softness and perfect cooking of the meat in which all the flavors could be felt.

It is now a pleasant habit for me to have lunch in this beautiful restaurant both for the quality of the dishes offered and for the costs that truly suit all budgets.
From the first courses to the second courses, finishing with the dessert (without forgetting the appetizers), we participate as diners in the true triumph of the tradition of local products.

Beautiful traditional restaurant, Old fashioned polite service, must try the risotto and ravioli with ricotta. We also had a fabulous suggested bottle of wine all at a very good price.

Trattoria assolutamente da provare, piatti gustosi e particolari, servizio veloce nonostante la attesa per trovare posto. Meglio prenotare soprattutto nel fine settimana.
Consiglio le pappardelle ai porcini, lo stinco di maiale e la costata ripiena.
Prezzo incredibile 25 euro a testa. Imbattibili sotto tutti gli aspetti.
Esperienza culinaria indimenticabile. Ottima cucina di carne suina dei loro allevamenti, altrettanto la location ( piccolo spazio nel piano inferiore), elevata professionalità del personale nel dispensare consigli
