If anyone is looking for a cheap option for dinner, this is the place for them. Unfortunately the sauces (were used 3 times in the "test meal") are very bland and thin. The meat is well cooked or cooked to perfection. The service is friendly and the drinks and food is served very quickly. If you want to spend a little more money, some hotel restaurants are better served. The decision is yours...

The food was mediocre and the wine wasn't good... We wouldn't go there anymore. The restaurant also seems to specialize in grilled dishes or something similar, which we hadn't tried.

There's no question that the restaurant is booming. The service is great. It definitely makes sense to reserve between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. With the covered, paved outdoor area and the abundance, we are approaching a train station atmosphere. The portions are quite large (it hurt us a bit to see what we had to return). The menu and selection are also large, but ultimately mass-produced goods and without creativity. Prices OK.

Eine richtig zünftige Gastwirtschaft, nette Bedienung, sehr liebe und zuvorkommende Wirtin! Was soll man die Speisen noch bewerten, wenn wir seit vielen Jahren immer wieder in dieses Lokal gehen! Es ist einmalig preisgünstig und hervorragende Essen! Kann ich jeden empfehlen! DANKE!!!

07/10/2024: Nos quedamos muy decepcionados con la comida en este restaurante. Según las críticas positivas esperábamos algo especial, pero era simplemente mediocre y menos comida y servicio. Lo único bueno fue mi sopa de remolacha, pero de nuevo nada realmente especial. Mi esposa tiene sopa de calabaza sin sabor. Mi “wiener snitzel” era suave y bueno, pero las patatas parecían restos de otros huéspedes. La pasta de esposas fue un desastre. Así que, desde mi punto de vista, hay muchos más restaurantes mejores en los alrededores. ¡No se recomienda!

Restaurant Ustaria Posta

18/12/2024: I became aware of the Ustaria Posta restaurant through Igor's YouTube videos. My reservation was immediately confirmed by email. We received a friendly welcome from the service and were served attentively. As a starter we ordered a portion of spinach ravioli with parmesan cheese and melted butter. The Parmesan cheese went perfectly with the ravioli. A pleasure! For the main course we ordered onion roast beef and the hamburger in Ladin rye bread. It was so delicious! I liked it so much that I ordered a table for myself and my family for New Year's Day.
05/11/2024: Frequento la Val Badia ed in particolare Corvara dal 1986; ad agosto di quest'anno, dopo un assenza che risaliva soltanto al gennaio 2023, ho trovato 3 dei miei ristoranti abitualmente frequentati chiusi (uno addirittura per carenza di personale....!!! Baahhh) ed 1 decisamente impazzito a causa dei prezzi lievitati, che inducono a fuggire a gambe levate soltanto alla lettura del menù. Mi sono pertanto recato a cena nei paesi limitrofi e mi sono imbattuto in questo hotel/ristorante, che propone una cucina del territorio con eccellente materia prima, servizio cortese e puntuale (accetta prenotazioni) a prezzi corretti per quanto offerto. Squisita pasta e fagioli, tagliata, canederli.. Ancora di salvezza rispetto ai prezzi ormai drogati della valle. Tornerò.
