Mago di Ozz In Ozzano dell'emilia

We came across this little place for dinner almost by chance. The environment is very pleasant, simple, but there is an air of friendship. The evening I went in winter there were also two heaters lit which warmed up many little things. The menu is compact, but with good choice. The dishes were excellent, we had two first courses and they were both good. The tortellini in broth in particular. And the tiramisu is excellent. All at the right price, with kind and friendly staff. Advised

Ci vado abitualmente evoggi ero insieme ad un gruppo di 15 persone e per tutti noi la qualità è srara come sempre eccellente e la cortesia di tutto lo staff non si fa attendere. Grazie a tutti.

It deserves 100 stars! Really nice place, very knowledgeable chef! Friendly and professional staff. I recommend it to everyone, it also has a beautiful garden where you can relax with an excellent aperitif.

I have been here a several times already during my travles to the area. The food is incredibly good and the service amazing. Absolutely every dish I tried in the last 6 months was delicious. Prices are more than ok. I can highly recommend Il mago di Ozz! I will come back for sure :D

Lunch with my husband.... we had lasagne with pumpkin and provola, strigoli with rocket pesto and cherry tomatoes, baked potatoes and to finish off with a tart with berry jam and mascarpone Congratulations... excellent quality/price.... We'll be back

TOP if we were talking about cars we will certainly talk about Ferrari and Maranello but we are talking about eating well so we talk about Ozzano and above all the Wizard of Ozz... the food is excellent, both for the quality of the raw materials but above all for the care taken in cooking, to impeccable presentation and service... above all because they satisfy you in your gluttony vices. Se si potesse dare qualche stella in più gliene darei un milione. Locale molto accogliente caldo si sente subito l’aria di famiglia. Ci porta in questo locale fuori Bologna un nostro carissimo amico che ci promette di farci mangiare la migliore cotoletta di Bologna. Sfida accettata. Ordiniamo subito tagliatelle al ragù,lasagne e per mia figlia tortellini alla panna. Tutto SPETTACOLARE SQUISITO nulla da dire la migliore lasagna mai mangiata. Tagliatelle buonissime e ragù top. Poi ho assaggiato i tortellini di mia figlia e anche quelli top.arriva il momento di sua maestà la cotoletta alla bolognese e non ci sono parole tutta un’altra cosa rispetto a quelle mangiate in precedenza. Carne di qualità che si tagliava come un burro. Poi veniamo coccolati dal loro pane fatto in casa e dalle loro crescenti a con i ciccioli spettacolo. Per finire coppa di mascarpone e bottiglione di grappa del nonno e liquirizia. Scambiato 2 chiacchiere con lo chef persona molto simpatica e gentile.Sarà sempre la mia prossima tappa.
