Magnamm In Milano

Sono stata in questo ristorante almeno all’inizio dell’anno 2024, mi sono trovata molto bene debbo dire. Ma, ogni volta che tento di ri-cenarci lo trovo sempre pienissimo, caotico. Per carità è bellissimo tutto ció, ma è anche improponibile una cosa simile, ho trovato un posto a ottobre ed è stato davvero una impresa. Sono rimasta delusa questa volta perchè non avevano la Genovese!

a good experience overall. the pizza is good, a good medium-high level. honest size, very meltable and pleasant dough, and good filling ingredients in the right quantity. shame about the usual cornice unfortunately always behind cooking... but now I'm amazed at the few times I find it cooked! The fried pizza left me a bit disappointed. It's a shame because the dough was good, the frying was done well, crunchy and not very greasy, but damn... the pizza was really very thinly filled, upon opening it it was clear that the closure on both sides had been done very much internally compared to the ends... in short you could enjoy the tomato and mozzarella for 4 bites perhaps... then all the dough, which for heaven's sake I love fried pizza dough... but in short, it's one thing to pay for a fried pizza dough and it's one thing to pay for a fried mozzarella and tomato pizza.. note of merit for the "pistachio" at the end of the meal! I don't like coffee killers but this one was a drug!!!! good delicate very pleasant, congratulations because I imagine it is homemade. finally I would say absolutely honest costs, given the current times, in the city of Milan the prices are not inflated and very in line with what is offered on the table.

I have been to this pizzeria several times with a group of friends. I must say that the pizza is very good and I often try to organize myself to come and eat here. One of the best pizzas in Milan. Quality products. Small but welcoming environment. Excellent service. Average price in Milan. 5 Stars!
