Prima esperienza. Locale molto ben curato, propone panificati di diverso genere e pizza, ma ciò che mi ha colpito è stato il mustazzeddu, davvero ottimo, croccante fuori e morbido dentro con i pomodori cotti perfettamente.

Pizza isn't expensive, but it's really, really delicious. I had a margherita basil pizza and a pizza with zucchini and eggplant, and they were all delicious. It's a bit of a climb up from the square, so it would be good to stop by when you're going down after seeing the city walls.

We ate lunch at this bakery without knowing what to expect, and ended up eating one of the best pizzas of our lives.
Everything is perfectly mastered: the dough, the toppings, which are made with quality ingredients.

I love pizza. I eat a lot of Pizza. Trust me when I say that this is some of the best Pizza you will ever have. The suppli was also incredible. Do yourself a favor and visit this place. Take a few slices of pizza, have them heat them up, and go sit on the Bastione. The only downside is that the place only is open until 2:30pm. Be early.

It's not easy to find it, at first glance, in via Università. Really hidden entrance. No sign. For a while as a place for the initiated. As you find many, in the Castle. Not even the interior screams of an architectural prodigy. In short, everything is (deliberately) modest. But his customers don't care. On the counter they find a series of fragrant breads with curious ingredients. Sometimes brave, it would seem. And then pizza by the slice, focaccias, sandwiches... All of great quality. Surprising flavour. And of tradition or invention of the owners. Who know their job very well. I got a bread with several cuties. Optimal. Hard enough. Devoured in a single day. A slice of tomato and oregano pizza, a nice boost. Excellent. A sore point, the prices. High. Which, however, are amply justified by the quality. Very high.
