Maddechè In Roma

Last Friday, I went to Maddechè Beerstrot for a photoshoot. I found it a cozy and delicious little place that literally made me melt with the taste of the mutton and scamorza burger, as well as the kindness and helpfulness of Mirko and his staff.

I had dinner with friends at this place and was pleasantly surprised. I tried several dishes, from fried foods as appetizers, and I must say they were excellent, with a very unique variety, from Ascoli olives to porchetta nuggets. The first courses were divine, carbonara and amatriciana! For the second courses, we had several meat dishes, and the quality of the meat was truly excellent. The Sauvignon Blanc was also excellent, and the craft beers were exceptional! For this reason, I will definitely be back. An oasis of taste and pleasure on Via Lilio!

We arrived with a group of friends looking for a place to spend an evening. The location was charming. Excellent service. The appetizer was light fried dishes. The porchetta nuggets were a must-try. The first course of the evening was suckling pig with blueberries, and dessert was washed down with a beer and a glass of wine (recommended by the ever-present waitress). Good value. A little patience is needed to find parking. I'll be back!

Dinner with four friends, everything was delicious, the food was plentiful, and the service was fast and courteous. I highly recommend it.

A truly positive experience; the new management is on the right track. Simone, aka "ilCalo," took care of everything, ensuring even the children in tow enjoyed their meals. Definitely worth trying again.

Friendly staff, variety of craft beers, the price is fair but they could do a little more for the aperitif considering that they also have a kitchen.

Great selection of beers, dry and crispy fried food, spectacular cod fillet. Try the carbonara.
