All homemade. With the zero-km vegetable garden. Excellent gnocchi with raschera and toma, agnolotti stuffed with veal, rabbit and cabbage, white chocolate bunet with an ancient flavor but with an eye on innovation. I left my heart there ❤️ I'll be back for the Piedmontese mixed fry, the boiled meat and the bagna cauda...

Madama Vigna is a charming and cozy restaurant that instantly makes you feel at home. Though it also functions as a hotel, we only dined at the restaurant. One unique touch is that the menu is recited by the waiter instead of being printed, which adds a warm, personal feel. Don’t worry about prices—they’re fixed based on the course (antipasto, primo, secondo). The service is truly exceptional; you can tell the staff genuinely care about their work and go the extra mile to create a welcoming, homey atmosphere. A lovely experience all around!

I've been coming for years and I enjoy it

Cucina vera piemontese con ingredienti di qualità. Menù ampio e vasta scelta dei vini, con ricarichi giusti. Ottimi soprattutto gli antipasti ed i dolci. Siamo stati di domenica e il locale era al completo, quindi il servizio ne ha risentito un po’. Forse in settimana sarà meglio. Comunque consigliabile
