Lunch with friends. Slow and somewhat inattentive service, even just bringing mineral water at the start (or wine, served after lunch). Excellent dishes, with a few slips. Relatively high final bill. Next time, I'll skip the truffle.

We're a couple from Genoa and celebrated our anniversary at Madama Vigna restaurant near Asti, and I can say it was a real treat! The food was simply divine, every dish an explosion of flavor, and the presentation was impeccable. The service was incredibly professional, and the staff was friendly and attentive without being intrusive. We'd heard great things about the famous Michelin-starred restaurant nearby, but I can honestly say that Madama Vigna is twice as good, if not better! The quality of the food and the friendly service were a real treat for us, and we'll definitely be back. Thank you so much to the entire Madama Vigna staff for making our anniversary dinner unforgettable!

For those who want to spend some time in a quiet place and eat well, Madama Vigna is the ideal place. A return to the past. All typical Piedmontese. The dishes are prepared as they once were. All homemade. With the zero-km vegetable garden. Excellent gnocchi with raschera and toma, agnolotti stuffed with veal, rabbit and cabbage, white chocolate bunet with an ancient flavor but with an eye on innovation. I left my heart there ❤️ I'll be back for the Piedmontese mixed fry, the boiled meat and the bagna cauda...

12/10/2025: I visited for a friend's wedding and found the welcome excellent, as was the service. The location is certainly impressive, but if it weren't so well-maintained, it certainly wouldn't have the same appeal! The cuisine is also excellent, local and refined. If I really had to nitpick, it was the cake served with a teaspoon instead of a fork: although it was soft, it wasn't a matter of etiquette, but simply the cake was difficult to pick up ;-)

15/11/2025: They gave me a Grancollina voucher that included a tour with a winery tasting and a full lunch/dinner menu. A very pleasant experience, one I highly recommend. The staff were friendly, very helpful, and equally professional.
