Mada Café In Verona

In the heart of Verona, this bar is for true connoisseurs. A few steps from the Arena, frequented mainly by the Veronese, but where tourists can also have an authentic experience of the city. Marco the owner is among the kindest people I know, and he is also an excellent barmen, creamy cappuccinos, quality croissants, super coffee and he is also an excellent chef and for lunch he prepares delicious proposals with local products. Highly recommended!

Don't go to the tourist traps. Come here for the real deal.

Walking in to MADA, the owner greeted us with a smile & kindness immediately, which goes a long way for us as a family. The iced coffees (shakerato with coffee and 1 with cappuccino) were exactly what we needed to give us a boost in the hot Verona summer. The sandwiches were made in the back while we sat at the cool, comfortable table planning our sight seeing route. You can tell he takes pride in his work and it pays off for his customers in good service & food.

The ciabatta sandwich was really exquisite, a very rich flavor, the coffee was also excellent. Really cheap price, I should have gone to the place more times to have breakfast. Who treated me very kindly even though I didn't speak the language, totally recommended.

Amazing food, mostly made by the owner who is the perfect gentleman. Only locals here but the owner will do everything to make you at ease. Very cheap and fresh food. It's a few streets away from the tourist places but a must see!

A short walk from the square, a suitable place for a quick lunch or snack. The menu includes first courses, panini and salads, suitable for hot summer days. Service very nice. We love to come back.

Walked into a random well rated cafe and we were not disappointed. Seems like a local spot where the owner speaks mostly Italian, but the food was amazingly cheap and incredible. Got a few sandwiches and a caprese and the caprese was delicious. The sandwiches were great too. Has some really well priced coffee options as well.

Incredibly nice gentleman. Food is amazing, very local ingredients and fresh pasta!
