What can you say guys? For me it's like walking into a jewelry store: Competent, professional, kind, patient (perhaps too much so). MAXIMUM CLEANLINESS which is the basis of everything, excellent meat and meticulously processed. Nice shop with attention to the smallest details. I don't recommend it but rather I force you to enter this museum and I challenge you to leave without at least getting a hamburger. Thank you for your availability. Thank you for existing.FORNACIARI, not just music!!

THE BUTCHER'S SHOP of the Forciari family... a unique and unsurpassed sanctuary. The best meat within a 50 km radius. Lots of offer and lots of selection. Fast service. The place is always always always full. The two brothers and their father have been the top of the top in the industry for at least 40 years. IF YOU DON'T GO THERE... AND YOU LOVE MEAT... YOU ARE BLASPHEMEN!!!

24/10/2024: A family-run inn, where everyone does what they do best: the lady in the kitchen makes things like tagliatelle with mushrooms or fried porcini mushrooms that are among the best I've ever tasted, but the side dishes such as grilled onion or peperonata are also delicious! He serves by chatting about anything in a friendly manner. Nice combination. Fast, accurate service, in a simple but particular environment. Super recommended!!

17/11/2024: Personally I ate in sequence: House weed Appetizer with cured meats and focaccia Trio of sauces (they have different flavours, ask for availability) Roast beef focaccia, brie, caramelized onions+roasted potatoes Green tortelli with butter and sage The green tortelli were a treat and despite having eaten them last they were good and not heavy The focaccia is also very good For drinks they have a decent selection of wine and beer. They are not aimed at Fanta and Coca Cola which in their maximum expression have 33 cl in the can in addition to water. Average prices The girl who served us was very kind and had an excellent memory (she had her own notebook for notes in any case)
