Talmente buona che verrebbe da azzannare la carne cruda! La famiglia Fornaciari ha una tradizione di macelleria storica e in questo negozio la mette tutta a disposizione della clientela. Già entrando si viene travolti da un profumo di carne, salumi e " concia" che raramente si trova, ricordo dei negozi di un tempo e lo sguardo cade immediatamente sui banchi dove " soggiorna" ogni ben di Dio: carne strepitosa anche alla vista, preparazioni gastronomiche da acquolina in bocca, salumi di prima categoria, sia affettati che interi...e tanta, tanta altra succulenta roba! Il personale è straordinario, competente e sempre pronto a dare consigli sul modo di cucinare ciò che si compra. Da provare a tutti i costi.
