Butcher's shop with counter and kitchen/restaurant that had been recommended to me... intrigued, I went there immediately and honestly, it went beyond my expectations... in addition to the quality of the meat, I was struck by the quality of the cuisine. I decided to take mostly more typical things, Genoese artichoke top, carpione meatballs, meat pizza and green kidney... I was really impressed by the positive aspects of the flavours, some of which I had never tried and which I really appreciated. An important note, the 3 guys who were in the room, very good at their job and prepared, and also cute and friendly... what can I say, I recommend it and I really liked it!

Very nice place, welcoming staff. For around €50 each you can eat two dishes, side dishes, dessert and coffee. The meat is very good and the portions are more than honest. The cost of some dishes is a little expensive, for example a handful of baked potatoes €5 seems excessive to me. But otherwise the quality is excellent.

Bel posto il retro di una macelleria adibito a ristorante si mangia un ottima carne con ampia scelta. Prezzo giusto in rapporto a qualità dei prodotti e a porzioni generose. Unica pecca il servizio non impeccabile ma comunque un locale se si è in zona sicuramente da provare

We went here for a dinner with friends, we had a really good time! The menu was really excellent and varied, all the courses we took satisfied us! We ate: tartare with white truffle, natural tartare, veal with tuna sauce, Beigua cheese, elephant ears, two slices with artichokes, two side dishes of grilled vegetables and one of baked potatoes, Panarea cake with pistachio, two panna cotta and Fruttini ice cream, four coffees and a Sambuca! We drank sparkling water and coca-cola and in total we spent €224. The truffle costs 4.50 per gram and by our decision we had 4 grams grated onto the tartare! Considering the excellent quality raw materials, the very good meat being in the butcher's shop, the quality/price ratio is honest and the evening was pleasant! We will definitely be back to try other dishes!

Dopo tanto tempo sono ritornato in questo locale aperto dal 1905 sito nella Riviera del Ponente Ligure. Entri in una macelleria ma poi passando attraverso un corridoio ti ritrovi in questo ristorante storico e ben curato dove si mischia antichità, tradizione ed innovazione. Personale gentile e preparato. Il menù è quasi tutto a base di carne ma ieri sera abbiamo degustato anche funghi e soprattutto il tartufo. Portate ben curate ed abbondanti. Notevole anche la lista dei vini. Considero il rapporto qualità prezzo nella fascia medio alta ma a mio parere vale la pena spendere un pò di più se la qualità del cibo è alta come in questo caso. Insomma... una bella conferma. Complimenti...
