The service is impeccable: the staff is friendly, helpful and always ready to give expert advice, maintaining a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere.
The real star is of course the meat, of excellent quality, served with care and cooked to perfection. Each dish enhances the raw material, demonstrating great attention to preparation and presentation. The selection of wines is equally remarkable, with labels that pair perfectly with the dishes offered.
The location is convenient and easy to reach, with parking available both in front of the restaurant and at the back, making the experience even more enjoyable.
In short, an excellent choice for those looking for quality, taste and attentive service. Highly recommended!

Our happy place. I'm from Bologna and it doesn't bother me at all to drive three quarters of an hour to go to Fornaciari, I've been there three times and it never ceases to amaze me.
The meat tastings are transcendental, particular sauces that unlock absurd memories, excellently made cured meats.
Truly fat heaven!

Sono stata a pranzo giusto ieri, e che dire? Uno spettacolo!
Abbiamo ordinato la degustazione di fiorentina reggiana e come ha , scherzosamente detto il proprietario. Una persona squisita, disponibile e professionale ma sempre con il sorriso e la battuta pronta, ci è arrivato un menù da matrimonio.
La qualità impeccabile della carne, la cottura perfetta, la varietà della proposta .... siamo rimasti senza parole, concentrarti su quelle prelibatezze, per il resto del tempo!
La scelta dei vini era vasta e il Lagrein scelto era buonissimo !
Il prezzo poi, davvero conveniente per l' offerta!
Torneremo sicuramente è stato un' esperienza piacevolissima, grazie di cuore!

Carne da favola, tenera, morbida, Luca il titolare è una persona interessante, fiera e molto in gamba. Rossa reggiana da paura, altissima qualità ad un prezzo stracciato. Ci torneremo sicuramente per assaggiare la Wagyu
