Go back vegetarian...only meat here! And of excellent quality too, unfortunately only for takeaway today.
Nice place, well furnished and service up to par, booking is advisable if you don't want to try your luck.
Good wine list and prices appropriate to the cuisine.
The pandemic period will pass and this hidden place will also resume its ancient culinary traditions. Let's hope soon.

Raw material of the highest quality, you immediately perceive that you are dealing with generations of obsessive passion for meat. Great respect for the raw material, the culinary experience is entirely dedicated to making you experience the product and its quality, they have mastery in respecting and enhancing what they offer. Homemade desserts, the tiramisu was "better than my mother's"... I was able to taste sweetbreads and fried brains, a fantastic experience on the fifth quarter and difficult to find elsewhere. Requested Florentine cooking done perfectly, they know how to advise you, very high quality, we ate Limousine Florentine steak. Great choice of wines and qualified staff. Organic Euganean Hills oil on the table. Friendly and professional service, change of cutlery for each course. Correct prices in relation to the service and quality of the food. My grandfather was a butcher I grew up with meat and they amazed me! I will absolutely go back

Ero già stato da Tolin in passato ed oggi ho avuto la conferma che si tratta di un posto dove gustare ottima carne nei suoi vari tagli. Dal tris (squisite soprattutto la battuta e la tartare) al fritolin ( pezzi meno " nobili") alle tagliatelle con animelle e finferli per finire ad una squisita fiorentina per citare i piatti presi dai vari commensali. Ottimo il vino e l'amaro nonché il tiramisù a chiudere un pasto abbondante e di alta qualità. Conto onestissimo e servizio inappuntabile. Bravi

Sono stato di nuovo in questo ristorante, perché a mio avviso lo merita, soprattutto per quanto riguarda la carne.
Voglio solo fare un'osservazione, sono venuto ancora quando si mangiava davanti vicino la strada, avete fatto progressi enormi, ma non è possibile non avere a disposizione una selezione, non dico tanti, di bottiglie di vino bianco con una buona etichetta, un Lugana, un Sauvignon, un Franciacorta.
Capisco che è un ristorante di carne, ma hai clienti il vino rosso può anche non piacere.
Con questo non voglio dire che il vino che ci è stato offerto non sia stato buono.
