An incredibly wonderful experience! We found this true gem of Milan by accident the day before. The host proudly presented a dish made from a sheep's stomach that had been in the oven overnight. 100c in the oven for 10 hours made the dish incredibly tasty and tender, full of flavor. The second course was sliced ​​cold roast beef that just melted in the mouth. Matching wines crowned the meal at the counter. There were also several other dishes that should be experienced again. After the bill, the staff asked our group to stay for a moment so that they could offer us a delicious taste of mascarpone foam. It was made from free-range eggs and one of the only mascarpone cheeses in Italy. Thanks to the host and the entire kitchen team whose professionalism and service attitude remained indelibly in my memory.

The meat is spectacular and very well prepared. The only downside is that it's a bit pricey and the setting is like a butcher's shop, so you have to eat outside, even though the view of the Naviglio isn't bad. It's worth it, though.

Always a truly satisfying experience! Everything is incredible, refined, and of great quality. And as always, quality and research come at a price. As a loyal customer, I'm happy to read that not everyone understands this place. It's not about the location, it's about the service (in my opinion always excellent and out of the ordinary), it's about appreciating something out of the ordinary: something that people who associate quality with gloss will never understand. I highly recommend it, it's an experience!

Dibattuto, contestato e infine amato. Questo è "Il posto", l'aria di casa, di gente, di quartiere. Un bancone da macelleria, tanti chefs e una parlantina unica. Che sia un pezzo particolare (dalla testina in cassetta alle bombette, dalla svizzera di pecora agli arrosticini) o un taglio quotidiano, il gusto del buon prodotto coinvolge e commuove. Si, forse i prezzi sono un po' alti, forse l'aria del mercato comunale è contaminata dall'atmosfera di un ristorante propositivo, ma tutto è incastrato nel giusto verso. Due lunghi tavoli condivisi con una grondaia seminata al centro, l'aria della chiusa, il brusio della Darsena. C'è della poesia, studiata a tavolino, ma ben riuscita. Non ci sono mezze misure: odi et amo.
