I visited this butcher shop and was extremely satisfied. The owner is passionate and knowledgeable, and knows how to recommend the best delicacies based on the customer's tastes.
In particular, I enjoyed a tartare with marinated egg, which was a true revelation.

Excellent service and attention to detail! The limoncelli are a must-try: the balance between the freshness of the lemon and the salty creaminess of the pistachio is truly amazing. A unique and delicious combination. We'll definitely be back!

On our host's recommendation, we went to this lovely, well-stocked butcher's shop where you choose what you want directly from the counter and are shortly thereafter served directly to your table. The Bombette and zander are truly excellent, and the staff are attentive and friendly. A must-see if you're passing through Gioia del Colle.

Pur essendo di Gioia, ma vivendo al Nord, ho scoperto questa piacevole braceria.
Non è solo macelleria, ma un luogo dove poter scegliere e gustare carne di ottima qualità. Dai carpacci alle tartare, dalle zampine alle "bombette, alle costate, ai contorni è tutto tanto buono.
Anche la carta dei vini (specie quelli locali) merita un plauso.

Altissimo livello
Sono stato a cena durante il mio soggiorno di una notte a Gioia del colle ed ho scoperto un posto eccezionale dove gustare carne spettacolare, preparata in modo spettacolare con un servizio dí buonissimo livello…molto elegante la saletta interna
