Magari lavorassero tutti così bene. Sono un'amante della carne e qui ho trovato varietà e qualità eccezionale su tutto quello che ho preso, dalla tartare alla carne arrostita, buonissimi anche i contorni, cipolle e parate arrostite e il dolce, un tortino al cioccolato. Ottimo anche il vino della casa, un buon Primitivo tradizionale. Tornerò sicuramente anche per provare la pastorale e la trippa. A presto!

As always, this butcher's shop proves to be a real guarantee!! From Rome every year we go down to Gioia Del Colle with one great desire... to return to eat meat here!! Excellent quality, fair prices and the friendliness of the staff who welcome you makes everything truly unique and pleasant. If you pass through Gioa Del Colle we highly recommend coming and eating here! We hope to return as soon as possible...the meat is spectacular!!!!

I can only compliment Vito and all his staff, because every time we dine with them, they always welcome us with great professionalism and warmth; I almost feel like family and I think this point is important and therefore should not be excluded as an element of the review. I am from Gioiese but I have lived in Rome for several years and every time I come down it is a must to go and eat meat at Vito's, very high quality and prices in line with the service offered! I highly recommend it to everyone, try it!

Could be Gioia del Colle’s best kept secret! Vito is an excellent master of his craft, the quality of the meat selection offered was excellent and the tastes were absolutely mouth watering. Staff were super friendly and prices are super reasonable. In our short 5-day trip to Puglia, we just had to find a way to go there twice, and so we did!

Meat of the highest quality and price absolutely in line with what you eat. Vito is absolutely a MASTER of meat and every dish is served to perfection (cooking and speed of service). Be wary of keyboard lions who leave 1 star...those who are used to eating at McDonald's certainly cannot appreciate the poetry that Vito serves at the table.
